What is Ghosting? and give an example:
Ghosting is telling someone alive something that they don't know when you're dead, this could be codes, where breakable floors are, and even the position of the deaths.
For Example :

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:
If a player was being disrespectful to a player or a staff member (Such as saying offensive/hateful comments), I would tell him/her to stop, if he/she then continued, I would use !warn and !gag / !mute to punish the player, if it is too much for the allowed commands, i would contact an admin to assess the situation and ban them if necessary.

Why I should be chosen:
I have played lots where there were no admins and we had to deal with people who spam, disrespect and just ruin the game, there has been an instance where two players were text/mic spamming, and we had to wait until a staff member was on either server, I finally managed to grab one who banned both players permanently.
I believe that I will be a great help in the community, I've been an admin on a few servers from other games (minecraft and terraria to name a few), and i have also so I have alot of experience handling trolls, rule breakers, and people who just want to ruin everyone's fun.
I have been playing on this server for almost 2 months now and I know it is one of the best I've seen, which would make it great if I could be a part of it, helping all that I can.
I am very responsible and intelligent, I have played around with ulx on a local server, so I know how to use it accordingly.
Although i am young, i believe that i can make a huge impact on this community.

Let's always start off by saying the positives.

• Knows the rules
• Decent apply, does kinda looks copied from Remix!

But unfortunately we also have to discuss the negatives.

Gametime and activity are both great.
Application looks good.
But still, have to agree that Ghosting and Disrespect part seem copied from Remix.
Have to agree that there's an ounce of immaturity from times to times.

Overall, I'd go for a +/-Support
