What is Ghosting? and give an example: A dead player is communicating with an alive player of something he/she is unaware of. (Using in game chat, or third party applications such as Skype.)
For example:Another example is:
How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: If a player is disrespecting another player or staff member, I would warn him for disrespect. Players being disrespectful in voice chat or text chat (such as saying offensive or hateful comments), would be muted or gagged accordingly. If the player continues, and a warn/mute/gag is not enough, I'll contact an admin to ban them.

Why I should be chosen:
I've witnessed a lot of staff not helping others when they have questions, it sometimes seems like the staff are ignoring some players purposely, and I've helped other players when the staff was not there for them. I'm also on at times when there is no staff and it's the perfect time for trolls and point farmers to join. Players then leave because they can't enjoy the server. I've been moderator and owner of several gmod TTT servers in the past, and servers on other games (Rust, Minecraft, and Terraria to name a few), which means I have experience on dealing with trolls, rule breakers, and trying my best to help all players have a positive and fun experience.

This application is ok however you need to edit your "How would you deal with a disrespectful player?" and talk about the gag and mute accounts.
I am pretty sure that you have a few recent warnings.

Application looks good, gametime is great and yeah you do not have to play on both servers at the minute because there is always player preference, however if you get staff then it would be great if you can be on both especially if one server doesn't have staff. Overall +Support from me

I have played with you today for quite a while, and i have seen you telling rulebreakers off.
Your activity is great and you seem to know the rules.
But if you ever experience staffmembers not helping people I suggest you gather some proof and either create a demote request or simply tell me or another SA+ about it.

That example is what I came up with, it's a scenario I've seen played out a lot of times on different maps when the runners must go through/land on specific doors/platforms. For example, on deathrun_cb_egypt_v1, there's this trap where I've witnessed players ghosting on a lot of times, dead players telling the alive player which platforms to step on.

You can't really tell if code or anything has been given by Skype but it's the idea, yeah.
Please, improve "How would you deal with a disrespectful player?" by mentioning Admin help.
We also don't know about your warnings. I don't think you have any as I checked last night on server 1, but I don't know about today and about server 2.

Overall friendly and respectful player. Is on most of the time, aware of rules. I'd go with a +Support but will go with a +/-Support (EDITED) for now as you are still a bit new. Let's see until Friday and I'll go with a +Support

EDIT: You've been still really active since you made your app, you've been really useful. So I'm editing my app and I'm going for a +Support
