Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
"Random Death Match" Also known as RDM, is when a player gets killed for no RP reason. An example of RDM is lets say a player is walking down the street RPing as a hobo begging for cash, and lets say a cop gets annoyed at him. The cop then proceeds to warn the Hobo once and then shoots said player to death. There is also a less innocent version of RDM which is when, what most people call a "Troll" Run around shooting people for no reason, until the player is banned.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
"New Life Rule" Also known as NLR, is a rule set so that the player can't hold grudges or interupt in other players roleplaying after they are killed. NLR has a set timer that varies on different servers, where, when the timer concludes the player can return back where said player died. One of the most common interactions where NLR comes to play is if a player is getting Raided by another player, and the defender dies, that player cannot come back until the timer is up, and the raid is finished.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Metagamming is when someone uses OOC information in RP. Also Metagamming is when someone releases roleplay information in OOC. Another example of Metagamming is if you can see through walls because of missing texture..EXT... and than use that information to your advantage. Metagamming can be seen in the following situation: A thief is walking down the street he sees in OOC that someone has printers in their base. He finds the base and looks through the walls using missing textures and watches where the player moves, and where the printers are. He calls raid in OOC and looks through the wall to see where to shoot when the door unlocks.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
First, i would check the damage log to first see if Player x delivered any damage before player y damaged player x. Lets just say i only saw player y delivered the damage, i would ask player x if he has any witnesses (To add more proof). If he didn't have a witness, and i have to go on the logs. I would atleast warn player y and than keep an eye for any more RDM, from player y.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
First, i try to gather witness i ask the accused and accuser. I need to find out what kind of situation this is possible the accuser is spawn killing the accused and he just respawned, or he got killed and just came back plain NLR. So i would than question the witnesses, but lets say they have none, I would make sure by checking the times on the log that the NLR timer didn't end when y died a second time. If it turns out they are not spread apart enough, i will warn y and watch for any more reports.


Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
I would explain in OOC that he broke the rules by metagamming and ask him to read the MOTD, Possibly even warn him for metagamming unless he is new, than just a verbal warning.
Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words)
I think i should be chosen because i love to help other players, because i know what its like to have no one help you when there is a massive problem between two player, and i want to make sure that all player have a amazing roleplaying experience. Also i have alot of experince with being a Admin on a server called sector 12. Sadly it closed down about a month ago due to lack of funding. Also i have dealt with many RDMERS and "Trolls" that properlly dealing with them is almost second nature to me. Another reason i should be choosen is that i am very active on ZARP, i first started playing on the server last summer of 2014 and i'm still loving the server today. Lastly i know all of the rules and have read them many times so there shouldn't be any delays in my sits, most i have seen reguarly need to recheck the MOTD. If you choose me you are guranteed to have a safer, and friendlier server.
