Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
I have alot of expirience of being a moderator, so I know the basic commands. I have done alot of F1s and many people have been warned.
Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
One day there was a guy who reported a F1 that showed that a player had NLRed. They both said the opposite things like px killed py and then py nlred because it was a bank raid. PX on the other hand said that they were in a gunstore and py was nlring to arrest the wanted guy. Then py changed and said they spawnkilled. Neither one had proof so I had to let both go.
If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?
Hello, welcome to ZARP.
I am here to teach you some commands that moderators can use.
For starters there is the F1.
There you can see the current unhandled F1s on the first section. The first one is Priority what means how long has the F1 been waiting (seconds). The seconds one is the person who is calling for the F1 (RPNAME) and there by his name is his steam name. Then there is the reason why his calling an admin and the last one is who is handling it. When you right click on the F1 you can press Handle This, mark it as spam (discard it) and you can also copy the reason, reporters ID and reporters name. Then there is the seconds tab that shows what player has been warned by who and why. The last one is for logs. There is a search tab when you type a players name you can see his: kills, deaths, arrests, hits, wants (wanted!) If you want to copy a log you right click on it and it shows what to copy: Time, Player information or Full log. Full log shows eg KILL: playerx was killed by playery with a m9k_knife.
Then there is the F6.
F6 is for looking at the players recent warnings. there is a button which opens all the players ingame to look for their warnings. You can copy the log like someone (hissteamid) has punished someone(hissteamid).
Then there is TAB.
When you hold tab and press on a players name you can do moderator commands like UNBAN FROM JOB, FREEZE, KICK, TP, GOTO, BACK (last location, spawn). Near his picture (steam picture) you can see his current Health, his SteamID, his Steam profile link. You can also see in the tab section (when you don't click on a players name) a little red circle with a ! in it, that means he has been recently warned (!) like that.
Then there are some DarkRP chat commands for moderators.

There is /freeze (player name or steam ID). With this you can freeze a player infidentaly to stop him from (when his dead) spawning and when his not dead he can't move or do anything (shoot), but he can change his weapons. (still can't look around.
There is /unfreeze (player name or steam ID). With this you can unfreeze the player you just frozen/ someone froze him and he forgot to unfreeze him.
There is /goto (playername or Steam ID). With this you can go to a player wheter he broke a rule / he died from you teleporting to his F1 / him getting released from jail etc. Do not use it for goto-ing someone just to get to him faster. That will result in admin abuse.
There is /tp (playername or steam ID). With this you can teleport someone to you to give him a private place where you can both talk. You can teleport to a rooftop of a house where is hard to get to / only propclimbing can get to where you can privately do his F1.
There is /back (playername or Steam ID). With this you can teleport a player back to his last location: when your done with his F1.
There is /kick (playername or Steam ID). With this you can kick a player from the server (when his Mass RDMing etc).
There is /bring (playername or SteamID). With this you can bring a player to you.
There is /slay (playername or SteamID). With this you can slay a player when his breaking NLR etc.
Then there is the Admin keypad checker. With this you can check a keypad/fading door. If you check a keypad you can see how long does it lst (has to be 4 seconds). When you click on a fading door with it you can see what keypads are linked with the fading door.
If you are a Mod on Duty, then you have a weapon checker too like if someone eg. citizen is holding a big gun, then sees you and puts it away then you can weaponcheck him and if he has one big weapon you can warn him.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
I would first look at his post very carefully, then look if it is his first ban, then I would decide if he is getting his ban lowered or not. If I decide to lower his ban, I would put it atleast 3 weeks and say in that time he should carefully read the rules.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).
I have done alot of F1s, I have a great responsibility with it ahead, I know all the commands. I have been playing ZARP for almost 3 years and summer is ahead so I will be active on night shifts too (to almost 4am if my mum doesnt get angry). I know all the rules and I have alot of expirience so I think I'll do great on being a admin. I have been a moderator for almost a month. I would like to make ZARP community better and I love ZARP. If I get admin, I can noclip and make events! And I can ban people for like Mass RDM (if they do it). When I am an Admin, I can stop Mass RDMers/ NLRers by dragging then with a Psychics Gun. I can help other moderators,

I don't think our ready for admin I have had to tell you and pugs off for not doing f1s 2 times now showing you guys are not really helping most the time - support from me.

Activity and the gametime is good, but I've never spoken to you in game or have seen you participate in F1's or helping others out.

Perhaps you should focus on doing F1's, rather than RP for a little while, especially since you're applying for Admin.

Hey bunsy

I have seen you around a lot and watched you do a couple F1's

Sadly it stays at a couple, I have noticed you don't do as much F1's as others, now wether or not that is because I come on and u are having a break or not, I don't know. But judging by the comments and from what I have witnessed, u do some f1's but not an awful lot.

As for how you do them, I actually saw the f1 u had described as your situation u overcame and I felt that you did very well, no one got too upset or anything. WELL DONE!
