Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.

I think that my time as moderator has helped the community out. I have learned how to use the commands and powers that have been given to me and learned how to use them properly. i have learned how to control players in game by helping them out and showing them what to do and if i was to be promoted it would help me more to help out.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).

I have encountered a situation when there was a bunch of players that kept speaking in a different language (french) and i told them to stop but the didn't and continued. I then muted them but they kept leaving and joining back to get unmuted. i then had to stay online until they left.

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?


!admin
For this you just type !admin to open up the menu. This will then show everybody in the server and what rank they are. It also shows what you can do to each player in the server (Gag or mute)

Mute
This disallows someone from typing in chat. This would be used if some has been inappropriate or using certain words that shouldn't be used.

Gagging
Gagging disallows a players from using voice chat. This would be used is a player is mic spamming or be insulting on the mic or just going against a certain rule.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Hello after reading you appeal i can see that you are very sorry for what you have done and that you have put in a lot of effort into your appeal. I am going to accept your ban appeal but going to reduce it to 2 weeks due to the fact that you still broke the rules for cheating.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words).
The reason why i think that i should be promoted is because i feel my time as moderator has help the server out by putting in time to go on the server to make sure it's a calm place so that other can enjoy it. I feel that i am a very active Bhop member coming on everyday to play the server. i enjoy bhoping even though at times some of the maps get hard i still enjoy spending a lot of time on there. I am also a trusted member of staff sine i am staff elsewhere on the Zarp community. Also since i am on holiday for 14 weeks now i will be spending a lot on time on the server to help it out and improve it.

I do not agree with everything Kali has said but still you guys are being a bit too blunt on your immediate response. I understand if someone takes offense and straight away makes the choice to say that this is a bad point of view on the matter. On the other hand i do not see how this is racist, as it is true a majority of immigrants are taking up jobs in England which is angering certain percentages of the population.

Even a half decent political party was formed called UKIP for those who do not know. Even though they did not win the elections they however manage to semi-convince to hold a referendum for the UK to leave the euro, thus making this a valid point of view. Believing in the policy of isolationism is nothing bad and is pretty much what is heard in that conversation.

Even during world war 1, the USA did not want to enter the war at first because of ''isolationism'', and did that make them racist no?

So i generally think you are all over reacting here, and on this point of view. Also Chris the ex community manager public ally supported and represented UKIP on the forums, and no one condemned him. What Kali has said was basically certain policies and ideologies of UKIP, and it his choice to believe in this political party, even though they were said in a vile manner and that would be the thing needing the most condemnation.
