I'm not really a fan of how your application looks as it looks a bit...how to say... too 'one-toned' for me. The colour of the background in contrast with your text doesn't really fit in my opinion, and the font you have used in your application is not really easy to read everywhere. But, ofcourse, that would be unfair of me to only place my verdict based on the layout and font you have used, so I won't as a few other people like the layout, such as Carla Runi.
On to the parts you will be judged upon.
Your activity is close to the no-life barrier. Just how much free time do you have?! omfg. I asked around a few people as to how you act in-game and they were all positive regarding your behavoir as a mod and as a player. Your knowledge of the rules is also outstanding, and what I like the most in your application is the fact that you also gave your own opinions on when you would use certain commands. Now to some nitpicky parts regarding what you have written in your application.
- The question which states to give an example of an obstacle encounter with a player as a Moderator. As far as I can tell, what you have written in there is no explanation of an obstacle encounter you have had in your Moderator times and how you have dealt with that.
- The part where you would explain a new moderator about his Moderator responsibilities seems a bit too long to me, but not that it really matters. The more information the merrier. One thing I have to point out though is the '!back' command which you explained, I personally think that your explanation is a bit weird. Fix the sentence structure and it should be fine.
- Last but not least, I'm not sure how the SSRP team handles ban appeals, but reducing a permanent ban to a 3 week ban for propspam seems a bit too long to me. Reducing it to a week long ban would seem more viable to me.
So in short;
Positives:
- No life gametime
- Friendly and mature
- Knows the rules well
Negatives:
- Nitpicky stuff, read above.
My verdict is a
+Support. I'm sure you'll be great Administrator material.
