What is Ghosting? and give an example:

Ghosting is a case where a dead player reveals some type of information ( code, which door etc ) to an alive player which is actually valid and is correct.
It really is quite straight forward.

Situations where ghosting applies: X=Dead Y=Alive

• Situation 1 - Player X has told player Y the code for one of the last traps at the map which is valid.
• Situation 2 - Player X has told player Y which portal in the map "minecraft pyramid" is the correct portal.

Situations where ghosting doesn't apply:

• Situation 1 - Player X(Dead) has told player Y(Alive) that he can bhop through helix easily.
• Situation 2 - Player X (Alive) told player Y(Alive) which portal is the correct portal/door to go through.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:

To deal with a disrespectful player i would simply start by gagging/muting them accordingly and would proceed to warn him. If the accused player continues to be disrespectful then i would kick him and any type of disrespect afterwards would lead to a ban(i would contact an admin).
If the player has rejoined to remove his mute/gag i would simply mute him and proceed to take action if he continues to do so. Doing so after the second warn would lead me to simply contacting an admin to issue a ban.


Why I should be chosen:

I should be chosen because i have been a member of the Zarp community for a long time as a staff member and as a resigned player. I can easily show a high level of maturity and dedication to the Zarp Deathrun server. I have experience with being a staff member on both Deathrun and SSRP which means i am able to to handle any situation quickly and efficiently without a hassle. I take my position seriously and would love to come back to my position as a moderator on deathrun to continue contributing to the Zarp community.

This chap doesn't know how to TTT, yet he knows how to SSRP; biggest mindfuck you ever got.

You use to be an ex-mod on DeathRun right?
Regardless, you app looks great and if you get your gametime up (minimum is 4 ours a week when staff) then it would be great to have you as staff.

You were a mod once already, and you did pretty good.
Your application looks great, and I can see the effort you've put into it.
You're friendly, you know the rules and as walrus said already, I too believe you will keep up your activity throughout the week.
