Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
My time as a Moderator has been great but some times i find people who break rules but i don't have the right punishments to give the person like one time i saw a mass RDM and Prop blocker and i froze him and called for a admin to ban him but then in that space of time that i went into admin chat he left and disconnected from the server so i couldn't punish him.



Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
Well as i put in the first paragraph i encountered with a player that was very defiant and not following the rules he was mass RDM and Prop blocking (He was Prop blocking with black listed props) so i froze him and then he disconnected and about several minuets later he joined the server and changed his name and then i TP'd him but then i gave him his first warn but then he disconnected again at that time I got a Admin but i never seen him again.




If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?
Well done on getting moderator /users name/ im just gouing to give you a couple tips and helpful things that will make you understand and be a helpful and great mod.
Firstly; Now you will notice that when you press the F1 button you will be greeted with a new interface that says Zarp Administrative Center and there is three little boxes and they say Admin requests (means F1's practically) , Warnings and Logs. The Admin Requests tab shows you all the recent F1's and in a little table showing the reason for the F1 the person who requested the F1 the the timeago it was created and the person who is handeling it , The Warnings tab shows all the warnings that were given that day in order of time And The Logs tab shows you all of the changes that have happened eg; some one changes there name or job if they arrested some one and if they died or killed some one you know things like that.

You also have a job called Moderator on duty this is a non role play job you may not use it in any role play situation you can only use it if you are Douing F1's or helping out in events.

And now finally you get a new tool called a Admin key Pad Checker and no this is not a tool only admins can use its a tool that checks the time of key pads so you can tell when some one has the wrong time on the fading door.

Here are all of the commands you get as moderator:

/TP - This command lets you Teleport where ever you are looking this is here if you needed to teleport to some where.
/Bring (Players Name) - This command brings a player to you this is here if you need to bring some one to you.
/Back (Players Name) - This command sends back the player to where they teleported from this is here if you need to teleport the player back.
/Warn (Players Steam ID) (Reason For Warn) - This command is a bit self explanatory it is used if you need to warn some one
/kick (Players Steam ID) (Reason For Kick) - Again self explanatory but it is used if you need to kick some one
/Freeze - This command is used if you need to freeze a player you can use this command for example if they are running away from a mod sit.
/Unfreeze - This command is used if you need to unfreeze a player.
/Slay (Players Name) - This Command is used if you need to slay a player.
/Unwarn - This command is used in case you accidentally warn some one.

Now there is also a new menu when you press F6 it is a big blue box that has tabs that say Search Player And Search Punishments.

Search Player - This tool shows a list of people that are on the server you are on and at the bottom it says search and there you can search a player by using there steam id and then when you have searched a player it says all of the warnings on the person you searched and it also says: When the warning was given out , Type of punishment the person was given like warning jailed or banned , Reason and by what staff member.

Search Punishment - This tool when clicked shows a search bar and in that you can search any punishment that was given.

You can also use a Admin chat now by either putting /// or @ before your words this allows you to speak to all the staff online on the server without pming every ine of them or with out players knowing.
And again /Player Nmae/ well done for your promotion to Moderator.



Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Hello there /User Name/ i am having a look at you ban appeal and i am accepting your apology and willing to unban you only if you follow the rules and Treat Staff And Players with respect But if you break any more rules i will warn you and then i will ban you and i understand this is your first ban so i will lower the ban to three weeks have a good day.



Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).
There are lots of reasons why i think i should be promoted:
Firstly: I love the server and i want to help the server be the best by cutting down the amount of rule breakers by warning or banning them (if it is necessary)
i have also been mod for more than 4 months now and i've gotten to know the people on it and the rules i feel i am ready to be a admin and i feel like i need to step up on my rank because i want to handle the situations where it gets tough eg; a speed hacker or a mass rule breaker so i don't have to rely on another person i can straight to it and help the server out tremendously.



I have already said this but you guys are most of the reason i go on this server you are like my family i am sorry to bring this up but i think this is somthing i need to say so i am verry depressed and i feel alone in real life but i know how bad it gets i allways have you guys there all day all night to support me to have a laugh with me and to ave a good time with me on SSRP and if i dont get accepted i will understan i will never give up.
And by the way i will do more F1's if my count is low.
