Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
I think i deserve to be a Admin becuase i have had a lot of times where i needed an Admin or the power that an Admin got which an Moderator don't. Also think i've been Moderator for a long time now and know the rules good enough to do this application, will also keep taking care of F1's and do my best, and for sure do more F1's and try to be as much active as possible, as it would be easier to clean for rulebreakers for an example hackers, propblock. Also think im ready for being Admin and help people out more .


Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).I remember a F1 about RDA, first it started with me and 2 other persons discussing about if it was RDA or not, then the guy who made the F1 said that he had a friend which also saw it, and his friend also got RDAed by another person, so it ended up with a bunch of people talking a so it sounded like mic spam, then Morgan Dunne my friend came and helped me, it was still hard but we ended up splitting them up so we could talk about it.


If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

Lets start off with the commands /tp, /goto, /back, /bring.
/Tp
/tp can you use if your doing an F1 or getting to a place, you need to type "/tp" in the chat to use this command, it allows you to teleport around, if your standing on a roof and you wanna get down you could use /tp to get down from the roof. You could also use /tp to get a person to you if your doing an F1 and you need the person which did the F1.
And you should do /tp "Persons name" to get the person you want to get to you, only do /tp if you wanna teleport yourself.

/Goto
/goto can you use if you wanna goto a person,it will teleport you straight to the person. It can be used if your doing an F1, and wanna go the person. Example /goto "Persons name" and say your here for his F1, and other moderators or admins can use /goto to get to you.

/Back
/back can be used either if you have teleported a person to you, and when you have talked to him you can use /back to get him to the place he where before you teleported him. It can also be used for F1's for an example if you'r done with an F1, then you use /back to get them back to the place they were before.

/Bring
/bring is actually not so usefull, it does the same as /tp, the reason why you don't use /bring is because you cant do /back after doing the /bring command, so i would say you should use the /tp command instead.

Now the commands /freeze and /unfreeze

/Freeze
Lets start with /freeze, /freeze can be used a lot. For an example F1's or a person running arounr and rulebreaking.
/freeze can be used in F1's if the person that have broken a rule keeps running away from you or trying to escape from the F1, or it can be used if a person is "unstopabble" and keeps breaking rules, then you can freeze them, tp to a roof and talk to them.

/Unfreeze
/unfreeze can be used in all the moments i said in /freeze, like after a F1 or after giving the rulebreaker a warning and done talking to him.

Now /kick and /slay

Lets start with /kick.
/Kick
/kick should not be used too often, only in a few cases. For an example if a person runs around killing everybody and unavaible to talk to or no Admin online. Also use /kick if a person is afk or someone is hacking.

/Slay
/Slay should only be used in a few cases aswell, /slay should mostly be used if a Citizen, Mutant or other jobs which is not allowed to have a big gun, do have a big gun then you can use /slay and they will lose the gun, and you could also give a warning.

Now the commands /warn and /mute

Lets start with /warn
/Warn
/warn is very usefull and should be used a lot as a moderator and admin, /warn is mostly for F1's, you should use /warn in F1's if a person did rulebreak like RDM, then you use the chat and do /warn "name" RDM if the rule he broke was RDM.
/warn can also be used if you quick see a person which was rulebreaking and wanna warn him, but you should mostly talk to the person before using /warn.

Now /mute
/Mute
/mute can be used if a person mic spams, for an example you are going with your friend, and a guy runs up to you saying "LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL" or something like that in the mic, and if he wont stop you use /mute, /mute can only be used in the Tab menu, so you need to hold Tab, click on their name and then Mute. You should unmute if they apologize or you think they have been muted for a long enough time now.

Now the final command unban from job
Unban from job
Unban from job is actually not a "command", unban from job can be used in case of an F1 where a person got demoted for no reason. For using this command you gotta hold Tab, click the persons name and then select "Unban from job" and then select the job that the person got demoted from, and then he will be unbanned from that job.

Now the F1 menu
F1 menu will also be used a lot as a moderator, for using the menu click F1 on your keyboard and you get into the menu.
The first is Admin Request. Under Admin Request you can see the F1's other people have made because a person broke a rule, on the left it shows how long time it is since i have been made, next is the players name, next to players name is the reason why he made the F1, next to that is who the F1 is being handled by, it says <Nobody> if no one is taking care of the F1, if you do so it will say handled by and then "Your name". If you right click on the F1 you can choose 4 diffrent options, the one you should use if you wanna take care of the F1 is "Handle this" or you could also do "Discard as spam / abuse" if its a troll F1. The other 2 options is not so important. Also if the F1 have been there for more than 1000+ Priority you should discard the F1.
Lets move on, next to Admin Request it says Warnings, warnings can be used to see how many warnings a person have, first it says the player who got warned name, next to that it shows the persons SteamID, next to that it shows the reason for them getting warned, and next to that it shows admin / moderators name which warned, and the last it shows how many active warnings they have atm on the server.
And the last is Logging which actually is pretty important, when taking care of an F1 it can help a lot to show if a person did RDM the other person or not. It also shows who left and who joined, who got arrested and so on...

Now the last thing you gotta know is the F6 Menu
In the F6 menu you can click on Select Player, and choose the player you want to, and when you have choosen the player you can see the Date they got warned and time, after that that it says Type, it shows if they got Warned, Jailed, Muted and so on... Next to that it says Reason which shows the reason why they got Warned, and if you get jailed it says how long time under Reason, and the last to the right it says which Admin / Moderator which warned, Jailed, Slayed the person.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Hello "name", after seeing this is your first ban and you are explaing this well and with an apology aswell i will lower your ban to 1 week. Accepted.


Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).
I think im ready for being Admin now, i have been moderator for a long time now in my opinion, i have read the rules some time now so im sure i know them good enough to be Admin. I would also be happy for being Admin as it could help the community a lot with keeping it more clear from rulebreakers for an example an hacker. Or i could help if a place is prop blocked. I also try to be as much active as possible, i think my activity is quite good, and i will do more F1's as it would be more easier as an Admin, i could also start doing more events and have some fun with the people which is not moderator or admin. It would also be easier to catch a guy rule breaking, becuase if im running around and not doing so much i sometimes see a rule breaker, but its not all the time i catch the name because i gotta type /freeze and the name, as an admin you can just use the physics gun and freeze them, which makes a big diffrent as it is a lot faster and easier to catch an rule breaker with that.
