Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin. My time as a moderator has shown me my many commands and I've mastered them. I can handle players easily now, and will be able to do so even more if I'm promoted. I've mastered the arts of gagging and muting. As an admin, I'll receive a cool shield and be able to hurt the server even more.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user). There was a user than was mic spamming loud "Rap" music. We muted him, he promised to stop, then asked who the server owner was, so we said Granny, and he copied Grannys steam name and was then banned.

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp? Hello (Enter new Bhop Moderators name here)! This is where you'll be using your powers. Here, you can see everyone on the server besides the bots and see their current ranks, and the powers you can use on them. As a moderator, you'll be able to gang and mute players.

Gagging
When a user is being defiant, and mic spamming most commonly, you can gag them prohibiting and disallowing them to speak until unmuted.

Muting
If the player is typing harmful things, as a verbal warning you can mute them prohibiting and disallowing them to type.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Hello x,

After seeing you on the servers, cheating, and being very rude about it, you received a perm. ban. Easy to notice, I can tell you put a lot of time and effort and have apologized in this ban appeal. I will accept this unban appeal, and lower your ban to 2 weeks.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words). Where to start? I should be promoted because I'm one not only one of the most active Bhop staff members, but I'm also a very active player on the server. I play everyday, with anywhere from 100 to 300 minutes a session. I'm dedicated, and find it fun seeing my time get beaten by Keith every time. I still enjoy bhoping, even though I get salty at times, but I believe I'd be a great candidate for a promotion as I feel I deserve it. I'm friendly, active, dedicated, and a fun guy to be around. I'm also a very old member of the community, as I've been in and out of it since August of 2013. I'm also trusted with powers as a moderator on Bhop, let alone I'm admin on SSRP.
