How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3?
I would first of all I move the guy who is getting bullied in a private channel (for example a spacer) and listen to the whole story, from the beginning until the end.
After that i would move the guy who supposedly bullied a guy into a spacer and talk to him. After that I would move them both into a spacer and try to solve the problem between them. If the person who got bullied got proof of the bullying i would ban the person who bullied for at least 1 day (depends how mean/disrespecting/etc. the person was). But if no one have got any proof than i would try my best to solve it, until i think its done, than i would move the supposedly bulliyer in his orginal room and offer the person who got bullied to add me on steam to conntact me if he is getting offended, bullied or anything else again.
Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used
appropriately.
Move:
This feature allowes you to move other clients into any room you want.
When you drag a client with your mouse than you can move the client into every room you want to.
Kick client from the channel:
If somebody is mic-spamming or breaking the room rules you can kick him from the channel.
The client who got kicked is getting kicked in the lobby again.
Kick client from the server:
This freature will froce the client to disconnect from the server.
You use it when any client/person is breaking any TS3-/Roomrules.
You can use it instead of "Kick client from the channel".
Delete avatar:
This will delete the avatar from a client.
You use it if the client have got an offensive-,sexual-,racist- or disrespectingavatar.
Set server group:
When you hold your mouse on this command it will show you the list of server groups on the server and if you click one of them, the client will get the badge and the server group.
You shoud only use it if you see that someone resigned from his position, for example SSRP and he've got still his badge and if you are 100% sure that he resigned than you can go ahead and remove it. But you shouldn't give a user any server group for no reason and if you want to give an accepted moderator his badge, ask a head admin if you can do it first.
Join power:
You can join every channel (spacers, meeting rooms and interview rooms).
You can use this to talk in private to another user or staff member but you shouldn't join the meeting rooms if you doesnt belong to the meeting.
Remove talk power:
Removes the talk power of the client until you/another staff member give him the talk power back.
You use this if the client is keeping mic spamming or disrespecting.
Granting talk power:
This feature is giving a client the power to talk back.
If you see someone who havent got talk power you should ask the guy who took his power for the reason before giving him the talk power back.
Edit/Create channels:
With this feature you can edit channels, for example you rename a channel.
You shouldn't edit or create a channel without permissons.
Ban:
This feature will ban a IP from the server for a temporarily amount of time or permanent.
You use this feature if the client did anything realy wrong, like bulliyng, playing racist songs, etc. .
Why I should be chosen? (we recommend around 50 words).
I should be chosen because im very active on the teamspeak and helping much. But the "problem" is when you are active, you'll probably see some rulebreakers on the server and if you arent recording it you cant do anything atm. .You have to get a TS3-Staff member to handel it and if he stopped it right after the staff memeber got into the room, there probably wont happen anything.
Im very friendly and always helping the users and staff memebers.
