What is Ghosting? and give an example (Explain in your own words what ghosting is and give an example of ghosting)
Map "dr_Minecraft". Ghosting is when a player recently dies at any trap and the alive runners made it to the portals and the player that died spectates the death to see what button he/she pressed and how the player that died now knows which portal to go throe so he/she tells all the players that the portal they should go throe the left portal in order to keep them alive and to win the game. My example is ''Fred Was playing and he accidently fell down and died, when his team continuing the map and try to make it Fred told them that it was an atomic trap there that dosen't show for them and Fred told them it is an atomic trap there and told them to jump over it.''

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:
(Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.)
To deal with a disrespect player first I will give the player a warning and mute/gag and then give them a verbal warning and when map change is over they will get automatically get unmuted/ungagged the player and if he/she continues I will kick the player and if he/she joins back and continues disrespecting I will call a admin to ban him/her for mass disrespect.

Why I should be chosen:
I should be chosen because I play on zarp gaming a lot and I like to help other people and fix there problems and I am a very nice person and I heard that zarp needed more members of staff and I have lots of experience about being a moderator and to make sure the game is played nicely and what it is suppose to be like and when I play zarp gaming not always there's a staff member and people start doing things against the rules and I would like to fix that problem by being a staff as I am on early.

You're heavily basing ghosting upon a scenario and nothing more; give me the general definition of Ghosting.

As with your recent warning, you are not really the kind of person that shows how to follow the rules.

Since app is great, I'd go with a +/-Support.
