What is ghosting: Ghosting is when a dead player tells the runner what he should go though , exploiting the system by the runner getting a easy way through some traps.Others way a player can ghost, e.g telling a player which way to go, how to do something,telling a death where the last runner is. Or even giving the runner a unfair advantage by telling him how to bypass traps.

Give an example of ghosting: There is two doors one kills you one doesn't . A dead player tells the runner what door the death chosen so the runner can walk though save.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player: If a player is being disrespectful first i will give them a verbal warning . if the player continues i will give him a AWarn warning [if he has a mic gag/mute him] . if he continues after that then i will notify an admin that the player has constantly been disrespecting other players and ignoring my warnings.

why i should be chosen: well im active on deathrun . on most days . I really like playing on Zarp and would like to help keep away all the people who make it a bad experience for players and staff , and late at night around 1am UK time there are no admins/mods on. Also i think i would be a great addition to the server because im very friendly to players and staff.

not necessarily ghosting is giving the runners an unfair advantage while dead mainly telling doors but it could different. e.g. the death is not at the trap.

kicking is when you remove them from playing but they can join back in instantly the 5-10 minutes would be a ban but you would not ban someone for such a short time and only admins can ban. If you change these you should be good for a +support

Activity on server 2 isn't really great, activity looks ok.

You didn't mention the use of the gag/mute commands nor the help of an admin.
Not really on server 2, at least for what I see on gametracker.

+/- Support from me. Could improve if changes are made to the app. But still, I don't meet you often enough to tell how you are in game.
