How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3?

I would first listen in on what is happening,paying attention, listening to see if any sort of bulling behavior was happening. If so i would hear who was doing this. I would tell him to stop straight away and if he continues to carry on with it, I would ban he/she for 1 to 2 days for this. I would then tell the bullied player if he was ok and if he needed and help. I would then tell the user if he continues after his ban to keep offending and bullying you, to contact me personally on steam or team speak or even another team speak staff to increase the ban length.

Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used
appropriately.

Kick client
The kick command is when a user is kicked from the server but can join back when being kicked.This would be used in a case if a player has been breaking rules on TS such as mic spam or any other disruption on team speak. It would kick them from the team speak server to stop them from doing this.

Remove user avatar
The remove avatar command removes the avatar that has been set on a user profile on team speak. This would be used if a user has an inappropriate avatar. It would remove it from them and then i would speak to them after in private about using the correct and appropriate picture.

Set group
This would be used to give a user who has been accepted/demoted for a staff role on the Zarp community (Administrator, Moderator). I would check the forums rank list to confirm that they are this rank and check if they have been demoted. I would then give/remove there certain rank badge on team speak.

Move
The move command is used to move a user to a certain channel or a free channel if need.This would be used if a player wants to speak to a staff in private or the other way round and it would be used to move an AFK user to the AFK lobby. I would ask the user if i could move him/her to another channel to talk in private. (Free channel or spacer)

Lock Channel
The lock channel command locks certain channel on the team speak server that are selected. This would make the channel only accessible by password. The members in the channel and other staff would be able to join with the password.I would give these private rooms if they were playing competitive matches (CSGO) and no one could join to disturb them.

Ban
The ban command would ban a player for a certain amount of time or permanently from the team speak server, then allow the user not to join for a certain amount of time that they have been banned for. This would be used if a user was to put any threatening links or spams the chat, and threatens any user and the server with e.g DDOS. The user doing this would be banned for a certain amount of time.

Why I should be chosen? (we recommend around 50 words).

The reason that i think i should be chosen for team speak staff is because I am a very active user on the TS server. I come on nearly every day that i can to talk to my friends and fellow staff members. This would help other user/staff members due to the fact I am active and that means that i can help and sort out any problems that they have. I would be trusted with being a team speak staff because i am mature and also staff on other part of the community such as Administrator on DarkRP and also Moderator on Bhop.
