How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3?
If I was to be TS3 Staff, I would proceed to take the victim into a spacer so the bully isn't likely to see where they have gone, allowing the victim to feel safe and open up to me. After the victims story I would proceed to join the victims channel when he is in the same channel as the bully, allowing me to see clearly what is going on and/or potentially stop it from this. I would then speak to the bully and tell him to be careful about how he speaks to others, and if he continues I would ban him from the server, the time he is banned for will depend on whether he learns his lesson and changes his ways after the ban.

Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used appropriately.
Set Server Group - This is used to Promote/Demote Users on Teamspeak to allow other users to be wary of their rank in our staff list.
Kick Client From Channel - This is used to remove the user from the channel they are currently in, if they are breaking a rule or simply being disruptive, this will move them into the lobby/afk room.
Move Client - This is used to move a user to either your own or another channel, this is used in meetings and can also be used in staff situations, such as the bullying scenario I mentioned above. This can also be used to move users into a private channel due to the game they are playing, such as CSGO, where the competitive base of the game can cause users to be in desperate need of a private and quiet room.
Lock Channel - This is used to simply put a lock on the channel, this lock is in the form of a password and only the users in the channel and the member of staff who has locked the channel will know the password lock. This is used for a similar reason to why move client can be used: To give players a private and quiet room if they are in a competitive or group based game.
Ban Client From Server - This is used to ban somebody from the server for a period of time, this can be used according to the rules which are displayed upon connection to TS3 Zarp, for example: Somebody is Mic Spamming, this is a clear violation of the rules, and therefore they can be banned by a member of staff for a selective amount of time depending on the severity of the violation.

Why I should be chosen?
I believe that I should be chosen to be TeamSpeak Staff because I think that I am a very mature person on a professional level, I understand how to handle situations that concern staff due to my time as a member of staff on DarkRP, where I have faced difficulty when dealing with trolls and rule breakers and I have had to stay in a professional state throughout the period of the scenario. Relating to the bullying scenario, I too have been bullied in my life, and I was extremely happy when this stopped, this caused me to hate being bullied, bullying or even see someone being bullied, I believe that this can be a positive as it causes me to want everyone to be equal, and as ZARP is a community based around it's users, I will be able to successfully carry on the trend of making everybody feel welcome, and make ZARP the best and most welcoming community there is.

Clean and good looking application, a funny and friendly guy everywhere in the community, but sometimes can be easy to lose his temper.
