What is Ghosting? and give an example: (Explain in your own words what ghosting is and give an example of ghosting) - Ghosting is when a player says information the runner would not be able to access, Like the location of a death or the code on Helix. Ghosting is generally used to give the runners a unfair advantage. A example of this would be.

Example: Billy has died on helix, He knows the code is 259. Jimmy says whats the code and billy says 259. If this scenario happened billy has ghosted, I would mute him and warn him for ghosting in if this happens.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.) - Based on the insult used I would tell them to stop, If it was racist, Homophobic or Xenophobic I would mute the player and warn them for disrespect. If someone was using voice to disrespect I would use /gag and if they continue to disrespect in chat I would mute them in chat as well. And if he continued after being warned to stop disrespecting I would ask for admin assistance for a more severe punishment.

Example: Jim died on a trap and he calls the death ******, Jim has then disrespected the death and I would mute and warn him.

I feel I should be chosen as I can be trusted with powers as I am a darkrp admin. I have enjoyed my playing deathrun although I have encountered times when there are no staff members and someone disrespects someone or has a inappropriate spray. I also feel like I should become a mod as multiple people have recommended I create a application. I am unbiased and I feel I am quite mature. I always take into account both players side of the story. Even if I have had a bad day I will not let it effect my time on deathrun. I feel I am firm but fair when it comes to punishments.
