Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
Random Death Match (RDM) is when Player A kills Player B for no reason.
An example scenario: Paul walks down the street and he sees Drew and shoots him, dead.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
New Life Rule (NLR) is when a player returns to the same district he died in or interact with said district they died in within those 3 minutes and essentially starts a new life and does not remember of their previous life . Instead the player needs to wait until the NLR timers ends before they go back to district they died in .
A example scenario: Jeff got killed during a raid on his base by Dave, Jeff returns to his base and kills Dave before NLR timer it’s over.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Meta Gaming When someone says any thing to do with role-play in OOC ( Out Of Character)
An example scenario: Grant is raiding Kyle's base, Mitchell shouts in OOC (OOC) Help Kyle’s base is being raided. He should use /advert for this.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.

I would teleport both of them to a roof and ask them what happened, I would listen to their stories. If they both say different stories, I would ask for some proof e.g. a screenshot and if they don’t have any I wouldn’t be able to do anything.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.

I would teleport them to me, and ask for each person’s story and check the logs i would then come to my verdict and if the story maches up with the logs i would warn the guilty player for breaking NLR and explain to him what he did was wrong and tell the player player an tell them not to do it again.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:

Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided.

I would explain to him what he did wrong and make sure he understands. I would then warn him for Meta gaming and explain to him what he did is not allowed and not to do it again.

Why I should be chosen:

I think I should be chosen because I have previous experience as a MOD/Admin on a cs:go surf server ad a Rust server ,allot of player respected me on that . I also pick up on things fairly quickly. I always listen higher Members and respect all players on the ZARP server . I play with rules and some staff members trust me. When I do a F1 I always have proof. I love the server and I spent my most of my time on it ( and all of my gmod time ). I would like to be a part of this lovely community and help it continue to grow and grow.
