Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
As a moderator i try and do my best, but ive have been tumbling over these situations like, propblock and hackers, everytime i need to call an admin to handle it, but than its already too late sometimes, like he logs off or i need upload proof to ban them, everytime i need shut down my stream to show proof, even thougd i saw it with my eyes and i am a moderator, so as an admin i could just do it myself and freeze them and handle it.
i think i got now eneugh experience to become an admin and help the other part of the people out on the server.
ive also spended some time again on reading rules again, to make sure im doing everything 90% perfect, 10% is mistakes, sorry, i am a human, not robot (i hope you also make mistakes otherways im bad XD)

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
So yeah ive had plenty of situations in this 1 month of being mod, most of them where, hackers...
They where speedhacking and also aimbothacking, i froze them but as soon as i froze them they just ran away again, i don't know how but they could do it.
They started running again and killing alot more people, than finnaly an admin banned them permanently.
i gave warning for hacking, but as soon as he got banned, he could just log back on..

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

firstly we'll go through a job you'll use mainly if you're doing f1's and not being a part of the RolePlay, Mod On Duty, this job is for you too use if as i said you want to do f1's and such without taking a part of the RolePlay, also with every job you get an "Admin keypad checker" which lets you check the times on the fading door the keypad is connected too if you just scan the keypad,

Now all the commands you have as a moderator.
/Freeze <-- This command let's you freeze players, Example /Freeze Stooki, i will be frozen than, the person can't move nor can't get killed or arrested at this moment (Ghost). i personnaly use the command if the person keeps running away from f1's or is mass rdming.
i also use /Freeze when someone is breaking several rules at once and than i tell them to type /rules and i freeze them for 10 minutes so im sure they are reading /rules. The person can't move untill you unfreeze him.
/Unfreeze <-- This command let's you unfreeze players that where frozen, by doing this the person can continue RP'ing.
/Slay <--Can be used when there is a citizen with a big gun or a hobo or other jobs that are not supposed to have big gun, this will make the person die and respawn and they will lose theire gun. (Rocket is the funniest one XD).
/Kick <--Use this for kicking persons, i use this if a person is propblocking and pretending to be afk than, or if massive rdming and no admins are online.
/Tp <-- Teleports you to your crosshair or a player when you do /Tp (Name).
/Bring <-- Brings the player to your crosshair. (you should try not use this, since you can't do the command /Back than, you should always use /Tp so you can teleport the player after handling the f1 /back to his last location).
/Back <-- This command can be used when you /Tp yourself or someone else with /Tp back to his last location.
/Goto <-- This teleports you too the player you selected example: /Goto Chuteuk.

You also got a new chat, the admin chat which you can type in by typing /// or @ before texting.
If you got a problem or are not sure make sure to ask in admin chat.
There is always someone that will help.

F1 menu
when you press f1 you can't anymore make a f1 report but you get now 3 tabs,
1 Tab: f1's that players have submitted that you can accept by right clicking or discarding if its spam (1000+ priority = too long ago and can be discarded).
2 Tab: Warnings, here you can see players that are on recent warnings.
3 Tab: Logs, here you can see dmg, joins, disconnects, bounties, Etc...

Now thats done, we go over to F6 menu
you can use this to see punishments of a specific player by choosing him from the list if he/she is on the server, or if the player is offline you can use SteamID and you can than check all the players punishments.

Tab menu: Here you got all the commands that i explained earlier, and also a tab thats called 'unban from job" which you can use for unbanning people if they got random demoted Etc.

When you are roleplaying and do see a rulebreaker, do not hasitate too do anything if you are RP'ing.
Handle him and continue roleplaying after.

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Hello (Name), After looking into your appeal and i've also looked into your punishments i can see this is your first ban, and since you took your time and made an amazing appeal i'll shorten your ban to 2 weeks.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).
Well actually, ive been moderator now for 1 month and ive been a long time on the server, i know the rules, and i also re-readed the rules with patrick to make sure i know every rule 90% perfect, 10% i make mistakes im human, not a robot! Some people complained about me abusing, but when they do, i call admin/super admin and they checked it all and i din't abuse or i did it correctly.
when people ask me to do f1's il go do them, ofcourse i was more active on mod on duty the first week, but i do everyday f1's i play some times 6-8 hours a day, i do at least 30m-2h mod on duty, depends thougd, hey im still here for roleplaying XD so most of time i am roleplaying i also keep eye out on rulebreakers and if i do catch them i handle them and continue roleplaying.
Now i really want to help out the server with propblockers or mass rdmers and hackers to remove them of the server or handle them by jailing. it would help me alot and helps server alot.

Guys i wanne say sorry to all the people that i disrespected and i also wanne say sorry for doing low f1's
I am now doing my re-app already, because i really want to be a admin, ima go work really hard on my disrespectfull and also il do more f1's i hope you guys can see changes in the next week and i hope i can get your support in the next meeting, i've also tried yesterday to come to moderator meeting, but i was too late, admin meeting was going on and this was earliest i could come home, but when im a admin, i could come some times to the admin meetings, since they are still going on!
And i also wanne thank the Lead Team for considering or reviewing my Admin Application, even thougd i never came to a moderator meeting, but i can't due work, but you maybe see me often into a admin meeting since i can sometimes get earlier home like 22:15 and than admin meeting is going on.
