Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.

Random Death Match, also known as RDM, is when a player randomly kills another player without reason. For example, if Player X walked up to Player Y and randomly killed him, this would be RDM. An example of something that would not be RDM would be when someone who is wanted kills a cop chasing after him.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.

New Life Rule, also known as NLR, is the period of time (3 minutes, to be specific) where you cannot return to the district in which you died. For example, if Player X raided and killed Player Y and Player Y went back to his base immediately, he would be breaking NLR. An example of something that's not NLR would be if Player X raided and killed Player Y but Player Y waited 3 minutes to return to his base.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.

Metagaming, also known as simply meta, is when a player would use out of character chat to talk in character. For example, if Player X was raiding Player Y and Player Y called for help in out of character chat, Player Y would be metagaming. If Player X asked for the price of a specific item in out of character chat, that would not be metagaming.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player X accuses Player Y for RDMing him, the console log shows that Player Y killed Player X.

I would teleport both of them to the roof of a building and ask both of them for their sides of the story. I would then ask Player X for proof. If Player X provided sufficient proof or Player Y admitted to RDM, I would warn Player Y for RDM and tell him to not do it again, then link him to the rules. If Player X provided insufficient/no proof I would say that there was nothing I could do and I would tell him to take a screenshot or record next time, then teleport him back. I would then give Player Y a verbal warning and teleport him back.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player X accuses Player Y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.

I would teleport Player X to a roof and ask him for proof. If Player X provides proof that clearly shows Player Y breaking NLR, I would teleport Player Y to the roof and ask him why he did it. If he doesn't provide strong evidence against it, I would warn him and tell him to read the rules. If Player X provides insufficient/no proof I would tell him there's nothing I could do and that he should take a screenshot or record next time, then teleport him away.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player X calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided.

I would PM him a verbal warning and tell him to read the rules about metagaming. If he continued I would warn him, teleport him to a roof and explain what metagaming is myself. If he stopped asking for help in OOC I'd just continue doing whatever I was doing.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words)

Well, it's funny really. I used to hate moderators/admins/any higher authority until I understood how hard it is to deal with all the F1s and rulebreakers. I've come to really respect these higher ranks for the things they do for the community. And I'd love to help. I completely understand that some of the people in-game may not like me for the things I used to do, but I like to think I've matured quite a bit since I've joined this community so I'm hoping I can just put that all behind me and try to improve my attitude for the future. If you chose me as a moderator, I think I'd be able to help deal with the rulebreakers and just help generally. If my memory serves me correctly, I've only had one warning recently and that was partly false. To finish it all off, I hope you choose me as a moderator as I would love to be able to give back to the community for once. Thank you for your time. <3

If it was about CDM, that was the one I was talking about in my application. The reason it was partly false was the fact that I was lagging really badly and I was just trying to sell the car as I'd recently stolen it.
