 Hi, after a while of hesitation I finally decided to make my mod application :

What is Ghosting? and give an example: Basically, ghosting comes from a simple thing that we can find in most competitive game : Once you're dead/eliminated, you're not supposed to be able to communicate/help with the people still alive. Ghosting is taking advantage of being dead to help either runners, deaths or both by giving advices, codes or simple telling what a team is doing to the other team. Basically, giving informations an alive player isn't supposed to have or information a dead isn't supposed to be able to give.
Example 1: Josh and Mike are runners. Billy is death. Josh dies. Mike is still running and Josh is telling Billy's position to Josh. Josh now knows that Billy is still at the first traps and goest to the end without minding about traps.
Example 2: Josh, Mike and Billy are playing on helix map and are runners. Billy dies. Josh is slow while Mike is almost to the end. Mike gets the code but doesn't want to give it to Josh. Billy, who's dead and spectating Mike tells the code to Josh.
Example 3: Josh, Billy and Mike are playing. Josh and Billy are runners, Mike is death. Mike actives a door trap (when you have to choose between two doors). Billy dies. Josh gets to the door trap but doesn't know which door he must go. Billy flies with spectator's noclip and goes to death's buttons and tells Josh which door he must go.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: As I am a really tolerant guy I tend to like things to end happily for everyone. If a player is being disrespectful and bad words are being exchanged between players I'd first try to calm everybody without frustrating anyone (Why?) and first verbally warn them. If verbal warning doesn't work and the disrespectful player keeps annoying other players without minding of my verbal warning I'd gag/mute him then give him a warning. Let's say after that warning gag/mute he keeps being disrespectful I would have to kick him, and then if the disrespect is being noticed again even after a kick I would report the thing to an admin.

Why I should be chosen: The first reason that gave me the idea to apply for mod is the lack of mods during the night. As I have lots of time I tend to play a lot, and a lot during night. It happens that there are a lot of people coming from nowhere during night and lots of troll annoying others as there is also a lot of afk people. But that doesn't tell you why I should be chosen.
As I said before, I tend to be a very tolerant player and I like everyone to be happy. Since I play during night without mods, I'm used to have to try to deal with trolls without even needing any powers. But as I'm very tolerant and nice, I know when I have to be serious and when to apply rules, but still I try not to frustrate people. Also, I heard some players with who I sometimes play with during night telling me I'd be a good mod as they like how I deal with other players. Basically :
- Tolerant but knows where are the limits.
- I have lots of free time as I stopped my studies for a while.
- Really vacant and active. Can be contacted almost all the time.
- I'm nice to players even trolls as I still know how and when to be serious.
- I'm a very calm person, I rarely take offense.
- I have moderating experience as I used to moderate WoW private servers.
- Only have one warning due to accidental team kill. By the way, I made a topic about it. Warning is now inactive and has been applied on server 2.

 There it is ! Hope my application doesn't lack of anything. If so, please tell me what I should do to  improve it.

You are a great member and you don't need to worry about it

If it was an accident it shouldn't be accounted for when the team are evaluating your app, right?

Now I'm actually more awake and re-read this -_- This app is great. I can't spot any faults with this everything is correct. The warning doesn't matter as I got mod when I had 4 warnings so thats nothing to worry about. Overall you have my support Carla . Good luck. <3

So to clarify to people I was the one who warned you for team kill when you killed Postal Duke but however a lot of people do accidentally team kill on that map so it wont affect you overall.

This is an AMAZING applications (one of the best I have probably ever seen as it is sooo detailed)
