Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
What it is:
Random Death Match is when someone kills another person for no reason
Example: If Ben Killed Jim for no reason and he says he done it because he looked at him funny

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
What it is:
New Life Rule or 'NLR' is when a player is killed at any point and they cannot return for 3 minutes to the district they died in
Example:
Ben was raiding Jim and Jim was killed but because Jim thought he had a Rich base he decides to go back to defend it straight away without waiting the 3 minutes so he breaks NLR

Explain "Meta gaming" and give an example scenario.
What it is:
Meta gaming is when you use information when you are In Character through the OOC Channels and Vice Versa.
Example:
Ben has Jim kidnapped and he just says in OOC 'Help me guys I have been kidnapped in the House near the bank' that is Jim Meta gaming for example
Edit: Another Scenario for Meta Gaming is when Ben is about to be raided by Jims gang and he says in OOC 'Gang Get back to base we are about to be raided'

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.

I would teleport player x onto a roof first and listen to what he has to say. Then I would teleport player y onto a roof and ask for his side of the story then I will get player x's side of the story then bring them both together and say that player y did infact kill player x and ask why player y killed player x and if there is sufficient evidence of Player Y killing him for a decent reason like defending being raided then I will release them but if he did infact RDM I would give him a warning for RDM and put them both back.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time
I would bring player y and ask him why he broke NLR and went back to the same district he was killed in before 3 minutes and if his reason is something along the lines of 'Because I dont want to be raided' I will warn him for NLR and explain what NLR is and then I will tell him to not do it again.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his base is being raided
I would tell Player X to stop metagaming but if he continued I will warn him for Metagaming

Why I should be chosen:
I love ZARP's Servers Although I dont play much of the other servers besides DarkRP I do tend to jump onto Deathrun every now and again to say hey to the community and play. But Since I have started to play Zarp DarkRP I have played so much more garrysmod just to play on that server and within my first 2 weeks I donated Zarp VIP. I also try to help the community out by screenshotting people who are doing things bad like prop push, prop climb etc. I also report bugs to high staff an example was yesterday when I found a bug where you could pull a gun out when you was tasered and shoot the cops but I showed head admins and I was rewarded with a M134 Minigun for my good deeds.
