When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?
I would use the ban command when needed. I will state a few examples of different situations the ban command is necessary
1. Hacking. Hacking is always a permanent ban no matter what. The person that gets banned can make an unban appeal and say sorry and the person might get an extra chance.
2. Massive disrespect. After a person keeps disrespecting map after map the person will get banned. The time varying on how much the person is disrespecting. If its just some small disrespect maybe a 1-2 week ban will be appropriate but if its alot of racist and homophobic disrespect the ban will be permanent.
3.Constant rule breaking. If a player constantly rule breaks and has been warned endless of times a ban would suit quite well for this. Maybe a 1-2 week ban will be enough.
4. Massive micspam or chatspam. This can be solved with a mute/gag but if the player continues doing it after being gagged/muted the player would get a ban.


Why I should be promoted (Give at least 75 words)
I have been mod a short time but i feel that i know how to be an admin really well. I have been an admin on other servers like TTT and DarkRP and i am familiar all the commands. I am a friendly player that talks too many different people on the sever. When someone asks for help i always try my best. I am very active on servers i like to play. Its quite noticeable when i like a game mode or server because i spend an excessive amount of time playing and socializing with people on it. I play with many different people each day and love getting too know them.
