Random Death Match Is No Reason Killing People. Maybe I'm Going To Take Some Armor From Armor Npc And I Got Sniped Or Something. Thats RDM.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
New Life Rule Is When You Die You Can Not Go To The District You Die For 3 Minutes. Maybe Raiders Raided My Base And I'm Died In Main District. I Can't Go To The Main District For 3 Minutes.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Metagaming Is Using OOC = Out Of Character Chat. If You Gonna Use It For Your Character It's Metagaming.
Maybe Someone's Base Got Raided. And Using OOC For Help. It's Metagaming.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
First I'll Say Why Did You Kill Him ? It's The First Question. And If He Saying A Good Reason I'll Finish The F1.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
If X Have Proof I'll Warn The Player Y. If He Don't Have Proof I'll Finish The F1.

Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided.
