Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to B-hop.
I would explain strafing first then I would go a little more in depth about how to get good speed up to make jumps.
If they still struggle I would send them YouTube videos or suggest they spectate me whilst I saw which keys I am pressing.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming.
Tell them to stop if they don't then I would mute them temporarily.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server.
If someone is using a Bhop script I would confirm that they are completely hacking then I would give them a temporary ban, after it is fully confirmed with other staff I would adjust it too a larger ban.

Really would like to start playing whilst I have been playing with Kali and Cartstarvipe in the past couple of days I have run into some mic spammers/toxic players and really hope I will be able to deal with them for the next time I play.
