Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
Random Death Match is where someone kills the other one without a roleplay reason.
Player 1 kills Player 2 then Player 2 gets mad and kills Player 1 right after he's death

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
New Life Rule is where someone dies and returns to the location under 3 min.
Player 1 gets raided by Player 2 and dies, then Player 1 returns to base not waiting NLR and kills Player 2

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Metagaming is where someone tells/asks in OOC "Where is.." or "He is.."
Player 1 says in ooc "Where are you Player 2?"

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I would ask Player Y that why did he RDM Player X, if there is not a roleplay valid reason then I warn him.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I would bring Player Y and ask him "Why did he break NLR?" if he doesn't not say a roleplay valid reason i would warn him and teleport him back. If is a valid reason, I would tell Player X that he has to be more careful making an F1.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
I would bring Player X to me and tell him "Don't use OOC for help, use PM" then warn Player X

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words).
I would very like to be a moderator to help other people with they're problems. There has been situations where there is only one moderators / admin online or even noone. I would kindly help people and play at the same time. I have little skills on being V.I.P on Counter Strike 1.6 servers. I enjoy helping others. I am very active on weekends, but schooldays am i not very active. I have played Garry's Mod for 785 hours and i have alot of expirience in Garry's Mod. I have played on Zarp for a very long time. I think some admins / moderators are tired of the F1's and want to roleplay sometime and then i would be helpful to the other peoples F1's. I would love to be a moderator because i've seen alot of people breaking rules and I could have nothing to do about it because I have not enough proof to get him.

Simply use the PM function or else to verbally warn him or how you like it.
