Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
Random Death match is when killing someone without a roleplaying reason.
Example: P1 kills P2 while P1 is raiding P2, then later on when P1 is in a gunshop then P2 comes and kills him because he raided him. (EDITED)

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
New Life Rule = NLR = If you die then not returning to the same district (2 tunnels) for 3 minutes
P1 kills P2 because he was raiding the base and P2 returns to the district without waiting NLR 3 minutes.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Metagaming is when someone says that someone is in somewhere in OOC like
Example: PX says to OOC that PY is basing in the bank and he has drug labs and alot of printers. (EDITED)

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I would teleport PX and PY to a safe place and ask PY why did you kill PX. Once PY tells his story I ask PX his story. If the stories match up. If it's not RDM then I tell PY that he should be careful with false F1s and teleport them back. If it was RDM then I warn PY for RDMing.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I would teleport PY and ask why he broke NLR. If he has a reason like "he was gonna destroy my stuff or steal them" then I would warn PY for NLR and teleport him back. If it happens again I do the same but I freeze him too and if NLR is over then I unfreeze him..

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
I would warn PX for metagaming and say that he should call the police /cr or he should PM he's friend.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words).
I love ZARP because other servers are kinda clumsily made. Like downloading something, but your server has all stuff made by self. ZARP has alot of stuff going on so I will play this server for a long time. I have been playing ZARP for a long time. I know most of the rules (alot of them) and I see if someone is breaking one. I love helping others. I have played on other games and I have been a V.I.P in that many times and I have some skill on playing as an vip. I am active on weekends all the time and I am active on schooldays. Sometimes I see that admins say that they want others to make it quick with their F1s because there are sometimes alot of them, so I want to help the admins and the players. Admins sometimes are tired too and can't handle all of the F1s. So I want to help them. I have played Garry's Mod 719 hrs.

-Your explanation for NLR is not accurate, NLR has many meanings to it, not just going to the same district you died in, but i get what you mean

-Your Explanation for metagaming is incorrect, but i get what you mean, it's not just telling where you are in ooc

-Instead of instantly warning him you should pm him explaining what metagaming is and give him a verbal, he might not know what he said is metagaming
