What is Ghosting? and give an example:
Ghosting is when you tell your friend or team mate where to go to not die.For example if die by going through the right portal and then you tell your friend to go through the left portal.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?
If they were being disrespectful through the mic i would gag them and warn them (If they kept avoiding their punishment (quitting and joining back to avoid the punishment) i would call over a SuperAdmin or a Admin and I would ask them to ban them for a little while for avoiding their punishment. If they were being disrespectful in chat I would mute them and give them a warning for disrespect. Although if they didn't avoid their punishment i would unmute/ungag them after the map has changed.

Why I should be chosen:
I think I should be chosen as mod because I am an active member on the server,I would be very nice to people on the server and be a good influence as mod. I would obey all the rules and not abuse my mod powers. I have had experience so I think I would be a good mod.Also as of my experience on the server i saw that lots of people are not following the rules so as mod i will try to do something to stop them.
