I have very little time on server 2 yet I will be joining the server if needed to do F1's.

I have started to play Zarp last month again after playing last year. I would have more hours yet the game tracker was only implemented after I left.
I have 2,600+ Hours on Garry's Mod in total and mostly is spend on role playing servers, I feel like I can help the server with my RP experience.

Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
Random Death Match is to kill someone without a valid RP one scenario may be that a hitman kills somebody that had no hit or another scenario may be that a miner starts to shoot at a police officer yet they had to full reason for killing them.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
New Life Rule meaning that you have died and forgoten all the information in your past life this mean that you can't return to the same distrit untill the New Life Rule timer is up. An scenario could be that a gangster raids a base and he then dies but sees that they have printers, he cannot report this to his fellow gang members or go back to the same district untill the NLR timer is up becuase has forgoten all of the information in his past life

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Metagaming is when using out of character to do something in character an example would be that a player finds information out using a third party program (VoiP) or OOC as a drug dealer asks someone who he is basing with about is drug labs through OOC then a police officer realises that they have drug labs and then proceeds a raid it would then be Metagaming. The most common Metagaming proceeded would be talking in character in OOC.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I will bring both Player X and Player Y and see if Player Y first says that he has RDMed Player X and if he has I will either give Player Y a verbal warning or a warning firstly checking if he has any recent warns especialy for breaking the RDM rule then a warning will be issued. If Player Y dose not admit that he has RDMed Player X I will then keep on explaing then ask for any evidence of a valid RDM if they say no I will have to explain how there was not enough proof and return them both to their orignial location, I will then watch other player Y to see if he will proceed to break any rules.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I will bring bith Player X and Player Y and see if Player Y admits to breaking NLR, he he dose I will either give Player Y either a verbal warning or warning checking if he has had any recent warnings especialy for breaking the NLR rule then a warning will be issued. If Player Y dose not admit to breaking NLR I will have to check the loactions of the 2 kills if they happend to be close to the spawn point and Player Y claims he was shot into combat by Player X, if not proof it given I will have to explain how I there is not enough evidence and I will then watch over both Players to make sure they are not breaking any rules.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
I would firstly check to see if he has had any recent warns for OOC, I then see if he has had any recent warns for metagaming, if he dose I will warn him then PM him about why I have warned him. If he has not had ant recent warns I will give him a verbal warning through OOC aswell as PM to make sure he sees it and understands what he has done.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words).
I think that I would be the perfect choice as Moderator since I play the Zarp servers a fair amount and I have a lot of experiance with roleplaying servers.
I have followed the rules and have not been warned in a fair amount of time.
I would not class myself as a "noob" either since I have gained a lot in my time back at Zarp such as expensive items, money and join a respected gang "The BrotherHood"
I feel like I am very exprianced with the rules on the Zarp servers yet there has been many changed from when I used to play in late 2013 yet I have spent a good amount of time reading over the rules to clarify that I understand them and have full knowlage of them.
I want to help Zarp as much as possible since I know what a great community it is and I don't want it to be ruined by the rulebreakers just like some of the other servers on Garry's Mod, I feel like I also want to show what I can offer to the community and show that I want to keep it a great place to keep newcommer.
