Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
"Random Death Match" Or "RDM" is used when e.g. Player A buys a gun from a gun dealer.
Player B Walks over to Player A, and shot him thus player A Dies.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
"New Life Rule" Or "NLR" is used when e.g. A player gets caught in a gunfight with some Gangsters The player dies and returns before the NLR timer is over and starts to shoot at the Gangsters again.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
"Metagaming" Means Someone is talking out of character e.g. Someone is getting raided and uses The /OOC "Out Of Character" command to call for help.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.

I would Bring both players to me on top of a building where other players cannot distract the conversation that I am having with player "x and y" I would ask them to tell me the story of what happens whilst they are talking I would check the console to see if player " x or y" were lying to me since player y killed player x I would give a warning after I check the logs to see would check to see if it was a mugging or a kidnapping. After checking that I would Give a warning to player y for RDM.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.

I would ask both of them what the said happens and then I would ask player x if he had any proof of player y for braking NLR if he did have sufficient proof I would give player y a warning for NLR but if there was no proof given I would just let them go back to playing on the server.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided

I would bring player x to me and then I would him what OOC means then i would tell him to use the U key to type in team chat instead of using OOC and than I would give a warning, then tell him to read the rules again.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words). I should be chosen to me a Moderator because I have lots of experience At DarkRP also I have been Moderator on around 3 different servers and Admin on a couple. I also under stand how to code but not great at it and have Owned my own server at one point so I understand 80% of the ulx commands. I know that I don't have that much time on the Zarp server but I can come on every day for over 5 hours at least.
