What is Ghosting? and give an example: (Explain in your own words what ghosting is and give an example of ghosting)
Ghosting is when you reveal information that isn't known by other players using in-game chat, Skype, teamspeak etc.
For example i am talking with my friend that has died on the server and im talking to him on Skype. Then there are 2 portals 1 that kills you and 1 that is safe, if my friend in skype reveals that which portal is the safe portal it is ghosting. Ghosting can also be reveling where players are situated on the map for example a death doesn't know that a guy ran past a trap and someone reveals that he has ran past when they were dead or using other in game chats.
Basically ghosting is telling clues that cannot be known by a player.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.)
If somebody was disrespecting a player or a staff member i would first tell them to stop it apologize and also give them a verbal warning. If they continued to disrespect i would warn and mute the player. After a while i would unmute the player. If the player wont stop disrespecting after the mute is over i would ask a admin-above too give the player a moderately timed ban so the person would learn their lesson.

I believe that i will be a good asset too the deathrun because i have alot of experience of administrating and moderating. I was admin on the TTT server and the DarkRP server. I know most of the commands for example kick/ban/mute/gag/warn etc. I am a really positive person and i always follow the TOU. If a player ever is disrespected i stand up for them and say stop it even if if im not staffmember. I like playing with a load of different people and love too get to meet new people too. I always have an easy time to make friends on new servers and if i notice someone on the teamspeak thats playing deathrun i ask them if they want to join the chanel and play deathrun with me and others that are in a chat :
I have been a loyal Zarp member for a long time and i am looking forward for a chance too prove myself worthy as a moderator on the deathrun

Has just recently started playing Deathrun.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?I've yet to see a bird in the sky shining.Automatically unmutes after map change. I see no point in this.You're a former TTT Admin and should know that Moderators cannot ban.

Banned me in darkrp once. I believe u should get it even though u just started ive seen u active a lot recently on ts3 so this would be no problem
