Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
Random Death Match (whose acronym is RDM) stands for a scenario in which player X, for no rp-related reason, murders player Y.
Example: Player Y is randomly waking down the street, but is shot and killed by player X for no valid reason at all.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
First of all, I would hear both sides of the story and investigate further. Should one of the players admit to RDM either by accident or by will, he will be warned.
Shouldn't that happen, I would ask for more proof under the form of screenshots and/or videos.
If none of the players have any valid proof whatsoever, I'll be sadly forced to let the cuplrit go away unscathed since I cannot know which one is telling the truth.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
New Rifle Rule (whose acronym is NLR) referts to a rule in which upon death you are not allowed to come to your point of death's general location for 3 minutes. On particular cases, it can be ignored.
Example: Player X has decided to mug Player Y. Player Y refuses to pay and is therefore murdered. If said murder happened, let's say, near the Miner NPC, Player Y cannot return to the mines for 3 minutes.
Example 2 (ignoring NLR): Player Y is raiding the bank/PD. Player X is a cop who tries to defend. If Player X dies in the PD, he can always break NLR.
If player X dies in the bank, he can break nlr in the period of the raid. Should there be no raid, he still has to respect NLR.
Another example (which I am not sure about) is when player X dies to some non-rp reasons. (CDM/RDM/etcetera).

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
First of all, I would see if said kills happened in a scenario in which NLR can be ignored (PD Raid or Vault Raid).
Should that not be the case, I would then proceed to hear both sides of the story as usual and investigate further.
In the end, I would warn player Y.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
"Metagaming" is a term used to describe the use of OOC communication in IC interaction.
Example: Player X is raiding a base. Player X is not allowed to call friends and/or allies by using OOC and saying "Help me out guys, raiding the blue warehouse." He is, however, allowed to use gang chat & PM.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
I would TP me to him and tell him what Metagame is, since he probably doesn't know. Once done, Player X will get warned for Metagame.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words).
I'm an avid DarkRP player, and there's nothing more frustrating than stumbling upon some Mass RDMing idiot and I can't do anything due to my Steam Cloud uploading one screenshot out of twenty.
I of course try to contact admins via PM and F1s, but most of the time they are busy dealing with another idiot and can't do anything about it.
Happenings like these are failry common in my gameplay, and I'm sure I'd be a most valuable moderator (and possibly admin c:) for the ZARP DarkRP community.
I fucked up plenty of times in the past, and I plan on using that experience to prevent fuck-ups like mine.
That's my objective.

I can already say with reassurance that you have a lot of recent warnings

I would suggest waiting 2 weeks so that you don't have recent warnings and reapply.
