Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.

if i become an admin, i will get the ability to tp to people, and not bring them to me, since if people are extremly unlucky and get stuck at the end of the map, and i am the start of the map, they have to do it all over again. i never experienced that happen, but since i play on the server all the time, it might happen at some point, and that might ruin the experience for some people, and also i know that some people are speed hacking on the server, i will get the ability to ban them, and do something about it (never seen anyone do it but i know it happens)

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).

i have not yet tried something that was a struggle for me... there is not a lot of problems on the bhop server, i have tried a guy mic spamming, and i just told him to stop, and he stopped..

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

I will simply just tell him about the commands, let him know how to bind the Menu, and just go through every single thing in the Menu. and just let ask him if there is anything that he dosent understand, and then, go through it again, if needed.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

I would talk to RedPowder or another staff member of bhop, and ask them what they think about it. personally i would not shorten the ban without talking to any staff about it first, because there is a big chance, if the person comes onto the server Cheats, he dosent really care. and he probably wont stop cheating, and i really think people cheating, ruins it for everyone.

Why I should be promoted:

I think i should be promoted since i play on the server every single day, i play on there both EU time zones, and NA time zones, and if i get promoted, i feel like i will get the ability to solve most problems i will experience the best way.

You can ask any Superadmin/Headadmin for your training..
