Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
In my time as moderator, did i learn how to use the commands perfectly, and i learned that i always have to be calm in a f1, even if its a mass rdminger. I also learned, that i should respect every player, because, if i respect them, they respect me. The most of my f1's was about NLR / RDM / RDA / False Demote / Fear rp and sometimes people call me for some questions about the rules.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
One time, was there 3 rdmingers one the server 2, there was no staff on, so i got called from steam that i should join the server. Then i came in, and there was 3 mutants with big weapons (ak 47 and m4a4). When i firgured out what was going on, did i tp them to a roof, and froze them (to avoid them killing me) and i asked why they killed all these people. one of them said because they was mutants and they allowed to kill everyone. then did i goto the MOTD page, copy the button of the text that is saying
- Mutants can KOS people in the water, the sewers, and people who attack them first.
- Mutants can be KOSed if they attack you first in the water or sewers, but anywhere else can be an instant KOS.
And after i warned them all 3 for rdming, did i also tell them that they can't have no other weapons than the default knife. so i warned them for that as well. they all understood it, they was happy that i told them it, because else have it been turned out to mass rdm.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?


Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Hello sir, i can see that i banned you permanently of the reason propspaming. This is your first ban on Zarp servers, and because of that, will i give you a second chance. I'm going to lower your ban to 2 weeks, because you still broke the rule and you still have to take a punishment. I suggest you should read the rules again and don't break any when you come back. Have a nice day, and i hope we see you in 2 weeks

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).
I should be re-promoted to admin because i'm a mature person, i have the knowledge of the rules and commands you can use as admin. Like i just said, do i have been admin before on Zarp servers, i resigned most because of family problems. I can with happy smile tell you that its over now. I have been in the comminity for around a year and I was admin in 2 months and 3 weeks, before i resigned. When i came back did i read the rules around 6 times, so i maked sure that i did not miss a new rule. As you probaly can tell, is my english gram still bad, and i hope its not a problem. I respect everyone, and when it comes to rulebreakers does i take it very seriously.

Towards the bottom there is a button leading you to a download of a 'welcome pack' (moreso intended for new moderators) - this will give you a brief insight into your duty and how to do it, but before we can give you your rank you will have to attend a training session. You can ask any Superadmin/Headadmin for your training..
