Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
Random Death Match, commonly abbreviated as RDM, is the act of an Innocent shooting another player for no valid reason because the Innocent might be either bored and wants to shoot stuff or just doesn't know the rules.

An example: We have player X and player Y. The round has started and player X became an innocent for his 10th time in a row and feels agitated. He has the idea to kill everyone so he'll get some excitement, and so he does. He kills player Y who was an innocent aswell and player X gets killed because the other players assume he's the T, but was in fact only an Innocent.

Give three examples of an acceptable KOS and its scenario:

• The player is holding a Traitor-only weapon without notifying the other players first that he got it from a dead T.
• You see a player killing another player.
• When a player starts attacking you, you're free to assume he's a T and you can put a KOS on him.

Give two examples of unacceptable KOS and their scenarios:

• You think that a player is shooting at another player. (Learned this one the hard way, thanks Hoi!)
• You see a player camping in a suspicious place (like the tower on ttt_rooftops) and you KOS him because he's looking at you.

I've had a long break of TTT, and in gmod in general for about 2 years prior to me first coming to this server. I've been a server administrator on a few other TTT servers but I quit the job because it was too hectic, especially because it were the days without the report button. Now that I reclaimed my love for TTT on the Zarp community and made new buddies on this server, I'd like to help the server out by keeping it clear of rulebreakers and let it be the same friendly and enjoyable place as when I first joined this server!

Extra notes:
I've been informed that at the end of the week, on a sunday 8:00PM CET there will be a meet with all the staff members regarding to TTT. I'm fully prepared to be a part of the meetings, but my real-life work doesn't allow me to to be there every week. Does this pose a big concern to my application or is there a possibility to work it out?

I've known Visionz for close to 2 years, and I know he can manage the job perfectly fine. He knows the rules, doesn't jump to conclusions very fast, and after all, he has a smexy voice.

Played with Visionz pretty regularly over the past fortnight, seems to know the rules. Effort was put into the application and it's pretty easy on the eyes. Activity's good, overall game-time too.

The application is excellent, near the level of my perfection.
The answers are perfect, the layout is wonderful and most importantly; It's not rushed.
Gametime is good, though I haven't seen you in-game, but gametime/activity good nonetheless.
I have no negatives as of yet, and I do hate it when that happens.

Towards the bottom there is a button leading you to a download of a 'welcome pack' (moreso intended for new moderators) - this will give you a brief insight into your duty and how to do it, but before we can give you your rank you will have to attend a training session. You can ask any Superadmin/Headadmin for your training..
