Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command.
When a random user joins the server and he starts Mass RDMing or is hacking/massive rulebreaking and then leaves it will be appropiate to use the ban(HAMMER)command

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Hello Player x, Ive looked trough your ban appeal and i will reduce your ban to 2 weeks, First of all next time we find you cheating it wont be easy to get unbanned, Second of all i would like you to use those 2 weeks to learn the rules again and learn them. Here by i Accept your ban appeal.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words).
Well i have been 3 weeks now mod some people find it you should have 1 month of experience but i wanna step higher cause i get too many times i have to call either davey or stratiic or kitty etc. to ban someone and it is starting to annoy me. If you look at my activity its really high and im most of the time later like 23:00 online and then there are almost no admins online and there are still rulebreakers. So i want to ban them with that so i can keep the servers clean of rulebreakers.
