Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command.
At every round Player2 damages Player1 and Player5 and walks away saying that someone else did it and calls a (false) KOS on Player3.
Player3 reports Player2 saying "Why did you call a false KOS on me?", after that Player2 responded with "You were shooting at them". A staff member notices that he was lying and that Player2 actually shot them, as soon as the staff member was about to punish Player2, Player2 left the server and joined 10 seconds after that with another name trying to avoid the punishment.
Player2 would be banned for 1 month with the reason "RDM, False KOS, lying on report and avoiding punishment" .
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?Accepted
Your ban has been reduced to 3 days.
Please read the rules and remove your cheats during that time.
If you're found cheating again in any sort of way you will be permanently banned and the ban will NOT be lifted.
Why I should be promoted.
I have been staff on ZARP for more than 8 months, full experience with the F8 menu and ulx commands. I try to keep rulebreaking at a minimum whenever I'm on the server and I always join the server when I notice there's no staff. I most of the times keep something short and clear instead of giving a really long explanation.

I wouldn't say 1 month, but whatever grinds your bones.
Can always make a ban appeal on the forums.
