When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?
I believe I should use the ban command when it completely necessary. These situations include when someone is mass disrespecting and also mass racism. If he is disrespecting a lot I would call that a week ban but it will depend on how much he is disrespecting. That will also apply to racism but I would first !gag him or !mute him and !warn him so they know what their saying offends people. If he Continues I would ban him for 1 - 3 days or more depending on how much he is disrespecting. I will only ban if he says it twice because if you where a black / white person getting offended by what he is saying you would want it to stop as soon as possible because no-one wants to be offended just because hes different. Also if someone is hacking or so its unfair for the other people in the deathrun server I would permanently ban them.

Why I should be promoted
I believe I should be promoted because there are many moments when people have asked me to respawn them on maps like dr_atomic because they didn't have a sythe but i cant because i don't have admin commands like !respawn and ban ect... Also i believe i should be accepted as I have been a mod for the past week and i have got to grips with the regular scenarios that I could be in as mod and I want to help the server as much as possible. Im not the kind of guy who is power hungry and i just want to help the server. I know many times on a previous server where someone has abused their powers and banned people on a dark RP server I donated to. But I assure you that I am not that kind of guy and everything I do, on there server, is for the server.

PS: I know I will get denied first try and I will understand this because I know that my application is to early so this is just a template for my future one so it will really help me, no matter who you are, to give feedback.

Thank you for the feedback and it will really help me for when I make my finished admin application. Like you said, I will play more and I shall try to understand some situations better and learn to improve.
