Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.

:1. my time becoming a moderator for darkrp will stop users abusing the rules, mostly when all of the admins are offline,
i am A verry calm person who can defuse a situation if it got bad, because i am from the united kindom (uk) alot of the
admins are offline and that is when i have witnessed people abuse the rules i have alot of experiance playing mmorpg games
and love to devote my time to become a games developer in the future, i have also witnessed admins& moderators abuse which
i have delt with in a appropriate mannor by speaking with another admin, because i have had so much help whilst being on
darkrp learning rules and understanding gameplay i have decided to request a admin/moderator possistion for darkRP to help
others when help is needed and to also


Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).

:2. i have been rdm'd whilst talkin/building which was not allowed i had called a admin and they came and delt with it
sensibly by giving a fair warning,
i have also encounterd a problem with abusive launguage I know it is not in the rules not to swear in game but after
many though i have come to realise that in any mmorpg game abusive laungage is not acceptable and should not be
tollerated, especially as i have noticed a few young prople who play, i called a admin (JinxerJames) and he gave a fair
warning and told me that it is not in the rules but agreed abusive laungage is not tollerable and he got a warning


:3. If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

if i had to write a facebook post to train a moderator i would tell him the basic rules if the person has not been updated
on the rules and i would get them into a server which i could test him on what should be done about the F1 admin request
then i would aslo ask on there opinion and how they would deal with the situation, if they delt with it in the wrong way i would advise them on how they
should of delt with it.


Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

:4. i would have to view their appeal in great detail as propspamm is against the rules, if they had multiple warnings for prop spamming or other reasons
i would explain the rules promptly and explain how propspamming is against the rules and it also wrecks the fun for others as, others may want to build
prop spamming also laggs games and can create a nucence to other players as it creats mass spamm and spamms the game template so others cant

why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).

:5. i would not ask for a promotion unless i know that it is deserved and that i have become a fair moderator to others who need help
the only other reason i would make the promotion is if my efforts as a moderator has been usefull and others see i am a usefull moderato
