Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command.
Player3 holds some kind of grudge against staff and decides to kill Player1 pushing Player1 off the map. After that Player1 reports Player3 and Player3 responds with "I was a traitor" while Player3 was innocent. After a staff member has punished Player3, Player3 starts to be disrespectful towards the staff members and gets muted/gagged and warned. Then Player3 starts spamming the admin chat with more disrespect and leaves 5 seconds after he started spamming, avoiding punishment.


Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Why I should be promoted.
I have been staff on ZARP for more than 8 months, full experience with the F8 menu and ulx commands. I try to keep rulebreaking at a minimum whenever I'm on the server and I always join the server when I notice there's no staff. I most of the times keep something short and clear instead of giving a really long explanation.
