I started playing Zarp again 10 days ago, because I only just started playing Garry's Mod again.
I have a total of 1200 hours on Garry's Mod mainly on RP servers.
My total time since playing in the last 10 days is: Just over 100 hours.

Languages I speak - English, and pretty bad Spanish.

Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
Random Death Match is killing someone with out an RP reason for example if a Citizen kills a Police Officer for no reason that would be RDM another reason would be a Hitman killing someone they didn't have a hit on.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
NLR is when dying meaning you have forgotten any information gained in your previous life and it also means you can't return to a zone until your NLR timer is up. An example would be a Cop raiding a base and dying after seeing 3 Money Printers they wouldn't be able to return their for 3 minutes and they can't tell any other Cops as they must forget the information as they died.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Metagaming is using out of character means to do something in character for example a player finds information out via VoiP or OOC such as a Gangster asks about his Nuke printer in OOC and a Thief of Cop realizes he probably has one in his base if they then go to their base and raid it that would be Metagaming another example which is more common is requesting help via OOC chat.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I would TP them both and talk with them and see if player Y admits to it if he does then I will either give him a Verbal Warning or an actual Warning but if he doesn't then I will keep talking then eventually ask player X if he has any proof of the RDM if he says no I will have to dismiss the situation and just watch Player Y to see if he does it again.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I would TP them both and discuss the situation similar to the RDM case I will see if Player Y will admit to it then either give him a verbal warning or a warning if he does then.
I will request to see the location of the 2 kills if they are close to spawn and player Y claims he was tagged into combat by Player X again then I will ask Player X if he has proof and if he doesn't I will have to dismiss the case.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
I would first check his previous warns to see if he has been convicted of Metagaming via OOC before he has done so in the past 2 days I would probably warn him and PM him without TPing him as it would ruin the raid if he hasn't done it recently I would probably PM him to tell him not to then spectate the raid once it ends I would TP him and then talk to him.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words).

I feel I should be Moderator as I play the server a lot, I am very experienced with DarkRP and have put a lot of hours into Zarp over the past 10 days and will continue to put in as much time as possible.
I am also not a noobie on the server at the moment I have a fair amount of money, tuxedo, diamond pickaxe and I am currently in the gang "The Brotherhood".
I also am very experienced with the rules although some rules have slightly changed since my last time playing around a year ago, so I have had a couple of warns in the past 10 days only stupid things I think one was for RDMing a mutant outside the PD because I thought they could only be killed in the tunnels/sewers.
I also strive to help people and like previously said I have a lot of time to put in so I would like to help the players on the server.
I feel as Zarp has a good community and I would like to help keep it that way so it doesn't turn into a Prop Minging and Toxic DarkRP community like lots of other server but I also feel that at the moment the staff team is very strong and will be able to do this irrelevant.
