If this is true Bubbles, you need to question the person first before warning him in a case like this.

Walter, the current evidence you have provided doesn't prove your words so there's really no point anyway.

You need to post demote requests at the same section you got the template on.

There is no proof of him being your friend, or you placing that prop before he placed the camera - so no real evidence. And this is not worth a demote.
