RDM (Random Death Match) Is when you kill a player with a invalid rp reason.

Scenario: Mehmet is walking to the fountain and Adam shoots him because he didnt get enough dinner.
New Life Rule (NLR) basically is when you die you cannot remember your past live or go to the district where you died otherwise you are breaking nlr. You have to wait 3 minutes.

Scenario: Mehmet is getting raided and Adam kills him.Mehmet runs back to his base and kills Adam.
Metagaming is when you talk about roleplay in OOC (Out Of Character Chat).

Scenario: Mehmet:(OOC) Adam! Were getting raided all police go beach!
That is metagaming!
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
First of all i would tp player x ask what happened and then i would send him back to rping for a min and ask player ys side of the story. Then i would tp both and if they have different storys and no proof i would tell them that i cant do nothing and i would teleport them back.
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I would ask both players what happened the i would ask if there is video evidence. If he says check the logs i would and player y gets killed within the same district within 3 minuites i would warn him.
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
I would warn player x for metagaming if he dont know what it is i would verbally warn him
I think i should be chosen because i know the rules i got too many warnings because it is my first darkrp server i just learned
all rules and i am following them and i think ill be good at moderator i applied 2 times they are denied i hope it is accepted because i love this server too much and i want to be staff this is my third apply, i got too many staff friends they told me i can became a mod and too many rulebreakers on the server and any mods/admins doing f1's only sometimes they doing them and i hate it so i want to become a mod ill do all f1's ZARP IS LOVE <3 ZARP IS LIFE <3

This is the same exact application as last time, just with a couple of new words. If you don't even want to try making an app, we won't try to add you on staff.
