Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
I've been a mod for 1 week will be 2 when you look over this but i feel my time as mod has shown my maturity and that i do f1's very often whenever i have to and like to do them in bulk and that i can be trusted with admin powers.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).I had one situation with people where they were very angry and mad with each other because they kept raiding so they decided so rdm alot and break rules even after i had warned them so instead of kicking i decided to tp them to a secure location and told them to talk it out or i wouldnt unfreeze them at first they were unhappy but over time they ended up making up and actually basing with each other.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp? "Hi congrats on staff as staff you now have a responsibility to take care of f1's with this responsibilty you have powers to help you i will teach you the commands ok.
You have /warn which is the basic command to use when anyone has broken a rule you will do /warn <steam id here> [reason] this will warn that player to get the steam id go into tab menu and click on the player under there picture will be a steam id just click to copy to clipboar wich is just copy so you can paste.

You have /slay to use on people who have guns when they're not supposed to and when you
and they refuse to holster you can slay to make them lose it.

Now we have /freeze you use this basically when someone is iether running around and mass rdming and igoring you and running away from sits ect so they don't run away to use this do /freeze <players name> or use tab menu

/tp tp's you to wherever your crosshair is pointed, also you can tp people by doing /tp <players name>

/bring brings a player that you want to your location it's best to use tp as you cant send them back if you use this

Last but not leat we have /goto wich is basically go to the player you want by doing /goto <players name>

also if someone gets banned from ajob you can use the tab menu to unban them.

if you need help from other mods/admins or just want to talk with other staff use /// or @

next the keypad checker this is to make sure the keypad on someones base is not under the required minimum of 4.0 if under you should ask them to fix immediantly or get warned for illegal base or to make sure the keypad is actually attached to the door it's meant to open

now the logs show everything that has happend you can check this in console to see everything or if someone has submitted a nlr report press f1 go to the top left type the players name and it will show the logs relevant to that player

when your warning people make sure you have solid proof we don't want to warn the wrong person. once again congrats on mod now go do some f1's ".

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be? HI i have banned you for propspam which is perma i see you have apologised deeply and are truly sorry for your actions i will shorten your ban to 2 weeks so you can reflect on your actions please don't make me regret this decision and i hope you have a great time back on zarp here is a link to the rules if you're unfamiliar

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).
I think i should be promoted because in the short time i've been mod i've spent loads of time on the server doing f1's which i love to do because it's really fun I would like to be admin becasue the powers i obtain would really help how quickly i can deal with the deficult f1's with defiant users also i can use the ban feature when someone is breaking lots of rules or proppsmaming
i can use the cloack and no clip ability to check illegal bases and bases with building signs that have entitys in,i can also use this to see rulebreakers while invis because they think no admin is around. lastly i would like to get involved more in the community as a admin as i really do spend most of my time on here thanks for reading my admin app please leave feedback so i can improve on anything this would be greatly appricated no color though this is proffesional

If your training a mod it's good to explain how the logs work, how to use the admin keypad checker and how to use admin chat. Here you've just thought of commands for them to run around and play with.
