Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin. I've been a Moderator for 3 weeks now, (4 when you read this on the meeting) I've done alot of f1's i do them whenever i find the time for it and i've taken my time to understand the rules and the way i should warn and talk to people during f1's so i can do a better job as an Admin.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user). Mainly the biggest problem i've encountered being people not unerstanding english so well so i had to slowly take my time and try to describe it as best i could so the user could understand the rule.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp? "Hello and congratulations to getting accepted, firstly we'll go through a job you'll use mainly if you're doing f1's and not being a part of the RolePlay, Mod On Duty, this job is for you too use if as i said you want to do f1's and such without taking a part of the RolePlay, also with every job you get an "Admin keypad checker" which lets you check the times on the fading door the keypad is connected too if you just scan the keypad,
Now your commands
/freeze Let's you freeze players if you just type for example /freeze slapy47 they player will be frozen untill you unfreeze them, if you want to put a time on them you just do /freeze slapy47 5 for 5 seconds
/unfreeze Let's you unfreeze a frozen player so they can continue RP'ing etc
/slay Can be used if for example a citizen with a big gun refuses to holster the gun you can slay them so they'll loose the gun.
/kick use this for kicking players, i mostly use this if they propspam or try to crash the server in anyway.
/tp Teleports the play to your crosshair
/bring Brings the player too your, i recommend /tp since then you can bring them back to their location before the teleport which /bring doesn't let you
/back teleports the player back to their location before you teleported them with /tp
/goto You teleport too the player who you've choosen
You also have a new chat called the admin chat which you can type in by typing /// or @ before
If you press F1 you got 3 tabs first one is the f1's players have submitted that you can accept by right clicking or discarding it if its spam second tab is "warnings" where you can see players that are on recents warnings, 3rd tab is the logs itself named "logging" where you can see the logs, dmg, joins, disconnects, bounties etc..
F6 Menu : you can use this too see punishments for a specific player by choosing him from the list if he or she is on the server at that moment, if the player is not on the server just scroll all the way down and click "search" another menu pops up just enter the players SteamID and you can see all the players punishments
In tab menu you can see "unban from job" which you use for unbanning people if they got random demoted etc
Also don't hesitate too do anything if someone breaks any rule while you're RP'ing.

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Hello Player, after looking into your appeal and i've also looked into your punishments i can see this is your first ban, and since you took your time and made an amazing appeal i'll shorten your ban too 2 weeks

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words). So far i've done alot of f1's and i've taken my time to adjust myself as a Moderator, i've also been told my an admin that he thought i should make an Admin Application as he thought i was very helpfull and did a good job. I've aswell spent alot more time now once i've gotten Moderator, i've earned alot of hours in just these few weeks, alot of people on zarp respect me which makes me very happy and im glad i can help all of them with their problems. As far as i know i haven't been reported that im making any faults and i have so far not been told im abusing or doing anything wrongly.
