Permission from TiGzTeR to Re-Apply for Administrator after being demoted for in-activity.
RP Name: Fizzay Link to Steam Profile: steamcommunity.com/id/Hyjoee SteamID: STEAM_0:1:72053753 Current Gametracker Profiles Server 1 - www.gametracker.com/player/Fizzay/94.23.19.200:27015/ Server 2 - www.gametracker.com/player/Fizzay/94.23.19.200:27025/ Age: 15 Estimated Server Time: Around 9 Days Spread Across Both Servers. Languages I speak: Fluent English, and Semi-Fluent Spanish. Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin. During my time as a moderator, I have had a very good taste of what being a staff member on such a big server is really like. I have been allowed to deal with lots of different people's issues, and most importantly, deal with the rule-breakers. As a moderator, I have already attended one of the meetings on TeamSpeak, and I was allowed to put my opinion across, and felt excellent that I had a say in decisions regarding server/roster changes. Although I think it has been a very short time that I have been moderator, I believe I can be ready to be an Administrator, as I have faced the challenges of being an Administrator on other servers, and I know the various commands and responsibilities that come with the rank. Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user). Whilst being a moderator, I faced an issue where Player A reported Player B for RDM, so I decided to follow the F1 protocol, which is taking them to a secluded area (i.e a roof) and I asked Player B why he killed Player A, the Player B replied with 'I was mugging him', this was an obstacle for me as it was one of my first days, but I decided to listen to Player A's side of the story, and he said that he was just standing in the street and this guy shot him. However as a moderator, I could not view the /me text that Player B claimed he had typed, as I wasn't within a reasonable distance to the incident. So I decided to tell Player A that if somebody types '/me mug drop 4k or die' then you have to co-operate and listen to the commands as this is following the FearRP Rule. After I had finished speaking to Player A, I wasnt left with many options, so I decided to just tell them to either stay away from each other, or just play friendly as there was no solid proof that it was rdm, and both sides of the story could have been potentially saying the same thing. If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp? Hey <Name> Welcome to the ZARP SSRP Staff Team! I thought I would help you get a hold of the various commands that you will need to fulfill your duties! Okay, Lets get started! Make Sure you read these carefully! These are basic commands that allow you to deal with rulebreakers and F1s! /tp - This teleports yourself to wherever you are aiming with the crosshairs on your screen. (it is useful to bind this to a key in console using bind <key> "say /tp") /goto <name> - This command takes you to the players name that you have entered, in order to speak to them regarding an f1 etc. /bring <name> - This command brings the targeted player to yourself, normally used to bring the player to a secluded area, to speak to them about an admin matter. /warn <name> - This command gives the targeted player a 'warning', the warning system works like this: 1 Warning (Don't Do That Again), 2 Warnings (Hey, what did I tell you! One more and you're out!), 3 Warnings (Bye Bye! You have been kicked, if you are going to join back, I wouldn't recommend breaking another rule! You will be banned!) and finally: 4 Warnings (You have been banned for 1 hour). /back <name> - This command takes the targeted player back to their previous location prior to the teleportation towards yourself. /freeze <name> - This command freezes the targeted player, and prevents them from running away from the situation, causing them to listen to what you have to say. One final thing that you have access to as a moderator is the Admin Keypad Checker, this allows you to click on an Entity/Prop being used as an entrance to something, and it will tell you and show you how many keypads it is being controlled by, and where it is being controlled by. If you click on a keypad, it tells you what Prop/Entity it corresponds with and how long it is opened for, this can lead to a Mod Situation as Fading Doors need to be open for longer than 4 seconds according to !motd. Lastly, if you use 'F6' you can check a certain player's warnings. Now that you know all of this, I would like to personally congratulate you on your new job! I'm sure you will be a treasured asset to the ZARP SSRP Team! Explain how you would handle the following situation: Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be? My response to the appeal would be very professional, and I would examine the key parts and see if they are being genuine, as I know that people can make mistakes, everybody has and everybody will, just like myself. As a result I would promote that the appeal is accepted, as an appeal that is in great detail and shows apology and effort, shows that they really value their spot here on ZARP, and have clearly learnt their lesson due to the ban. Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words). I think I should be promoted because I believe that I have shown all the perks of being a potential administrator on this server, aswell as enjoying the RPing aspect of DarkRP, I also enjoy being a member of staff and helping people out when their RP experience is being ruined by a rulebreaker. Another reason is that I have found that I am one of the more active members on Server 2, and due to the lack of Administrators on Server 2, when there is major lag due to unfrozen props, there is nothing a Moderator can do to help the situation, as only admins have access to these commands, causing the server to crash sometimes. Finally, I believe that I can be a great Administrator on this server, as I have experienced the stress of being an Admin on other servers, and I broadcasted my ability with great enjoyment, as well as being extremely professional and calm about every situation. Please consider me for Administrator, as I think I can be an asset to the Admin Team. Thankyou for reading this. |

Hi Fizzay , i am evaluating your application today ~ Fizzay, i have to say something that i don't think i have ever said before i truly think that this is one of the best presentate applications i have ever seen! its the second most engaging app , i have seen . Its bright but eye catching which is outstanding and oh boy the content is This application has blown me away ! with its content and its presentation so full marks on making an effort . You have about thirteen hours recent activity which is good , better than expected which also makes amends for being demoted for inactivity. When you did F1's they were at a frequent rate for example : one every four to five minutes . And the effort in the F1's was really good , its like you're a judge at court or something and a awesome law enforcing (Rule enforcing) Admin. You know most rules as far as i can remember but just to test you i would like your definition of rule 4.20 and rule 1.9 (Just a little test for you) Erm , on your facebook post thing , please may you just do a little thing for me? It is to finish it - You never said , a final sentence / paragraph that says something along the lines of {Well done on Moderator}{That has been your mod training}{Mod on Duty job} {Any Question just message back}{Congratulations on your new staff role} But apart from them little nicks , your application is incredible. This is a formal Good luck from me , oh and don't go flat ! Love Usm |

4.2 Base Appearance - Bases must not have flickering effects, invisible or anything difficult to the eye. Anyone entering the base must be able to see where they are going. No completely blacked out rooms the black material can only be used on one wall. Transparency can not be lower than 125% on the slider. // This Means that the person raiding the selected base HAS to be able to raid to some extent, if they cannot clearly see where they are going in order to complete a successful raid, then this is a rulebreak on behalf of the owner of the base, and can be a warnable offence.
1.9 Player / Gang Names - Your player / gang name should not be vulgar, offensive or blasphemous. // This means that a player cannot have words in their /rpname or gang name that other players may find offensive, whether it is Homophobia, Racism or Sexism, if anyone finds it offensive, they are at full liberty to report the potential rule-breaking offence. |

First and foremost, we'd like to thank you for making the effort to apply for a rank on the ZARP Semi Serious DarkRP. Your application has been discussed at an administrative meeting, and from there it has been voted on.
As the number of 'yes' votes exceeded the number of 'no' votes you received, you have been Accepted.. Towards the bottom there is a button leading you to a download of a 'welcome pack' (moreso intended for new moderators) - this will give you a brief insight into your duty and how to do it, but before we can give you your rank you will have to attend a training session. You can ask any Superadmin/Headadmin for your training.. You need to attend a weekly meeting on our Teamspeak server (IP is 94.23.19.200), it would also be appreciated if you can click the banner in my signature and add me on steam so that we can manage the meetings more easily. Congratulations on behalf of the administrative team. |
