Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command.
If someone comes online and starts RDM'ing people and then leaves without punishment. That is when i would use the ban command

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Hello player X, ive looked trough your ban appeal and ive reduced your ban to 1 week. This will give you the time to read the rules again and learn from the mistakes. If i ever catch you cheating again then it will take a long time until you get unbanned. So here by your ban is reduced to 1 week, Approved

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words).
Whenever there is a guy who is mass RDM'ing or Massive rulebreaking. I always call tom for help but he cant always help ofcourse, so i want to do that myself so i dont have to always ask higher ups. Cause its annoying for maybe the other admins if i ask them cause they were doing something important. I got now 150 hours on the TTT server and play almost everyday. I want to help this server grow better so we will become higher in rank on gametracker. Because of Buzz i came on this server and he helped me trough this all so i would like to thank him too, otherwise i have never been mod and now i want to help this server to the most i can do to become admin.
