Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
Well i was never I moderator but if I when i was bhop staff I came on all the time and I've been playing bhop forever now

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?
(LET IT BE KNOWN I FORGET THE POWERS OF MOD BECAUSE I WAS NEVER ONE)
Firstly, congrats on getting mod, to start you should know how to open the ulx menu, just type !menu in chat or do what I prefer and bind it in console with ulx menu (bind <key> ulx menu).

Asay is what you use to talk to other staff without player seeing, just type @ in chat and then your message

Gag is for If a player is being disrespectful on the mic or spamming you can use !gag in chat then the players name to mute there mic, !ungag then there name unmutes them

Mute is just like gag it mutes the player from talking in chat just use !mute player name in chat then !unmute

Kick is the command that kicks the player from the server, you can use this for people being AFK or if someone is being mingy, to use this command do either !kick (players name) reason.

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
"Well in my opinion since you apologize and obviously regret doing this, I will unban you, but if I catch you cheating again, you won't be unbanned. ACCEPTED. Please lock this."

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words).
I was the person who made the bhop with the help of my boy Red, So i can be trusted with the powers of just being admin on it. I come on during they time when you guys are asleep on people go on while im on so no staff is on during it. I've been bhopping for awhile and owned bhopping servers so if anyone needs help on how to bhop I can teach them. Even if staff needs help just poke me on ts and I'll be on in a heartbeat.
