Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario

Explain:
Random Death Match in shorter terms RDM is when someone kills another person for a non-roleplay reason or just randomly kills someone without any reason.

Example scenario:
Player X is walking around spawn and player Y comes up to player X and shoots him in the head with a Pistol (Any firearm) then Joyfully jogs away.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.

Explain:
New Life Rule shorter terms NLR is when someone dies from raiding or attacking a player. They can't go back to that area for 3 mins for them to attack or raid again or be in that area at all. If that location is at spawn, you can come there, but you must not kill your killer/raid bases for 3 minutes. Users who have problems watching the NLR timer on the ZARP server have timer at top of the screen.

Example scenario:
Player X got killed while raiding player Y base and player X spawns gets a weapon and runs back to player Y base and raids again without waiting 3 mins to go back.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.

Explain:
Metagaming (MG) is when someone Talks about In-Character (IC) information in OOC chat. OOC chat is for Out of Character only.

Example scenario:
OOC chat in IC chat isn't that much warnable in game, but Metagaming can also occur on forums. Player X Base is getting raided he then types " I need Police! I am being raided!'' in OOC chat.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I would bring player x and player y to some roof and ask player y why and when did he kill player x. When he finishes explaining I would ask player x the same and why he thinks that was rdm.
When they're done I would make decision and warn/or not player y. If player x would be lying he would get warned for abusing F1, but if player x just made a mistake, if he didn't realise it wasnt RDM, that was valid kill I would just tell him to pay more attention next time. But if player y would be RDMing constantly, I would bring him to myself, freeze him. Give him a nice warning, if he would continue doing that. He would get 4 warns.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I would bring the player y and ask him why did he revenge his death in that short period. If he says that he hates him, something like that.. If he agrees he killed player x, I would tell him that he must wait for the NLR time to expire, that's 3 minutes and he can see it at top of his screen. He also mustn't be in the NLR zone, it's the zone where he died. If he's new I would ask him to check !motd in front of me to make sure he's reading it. If he would do it again he would get warned.. If he's not new he would get one warn.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
I would tell player x he isn't allowed to use informations which he currentely sees as his game character and he just did Metagame. I would ask him not to do that anymore and to use /pm if he needs to talk to somebody during raid. If he would constantly Metagame I would warn him.

Why I should be chosen?:
I will be a great helping hand since I already have the experience of being an Moderator. This means that I have that knowledge and that experience what many other people do not have. Some people may just be applying for a moderator for the sake of it, whereas I have this passion to help people on this certain server as it is a good server and many of the people on this server are friendly. When it comes to training, I won't need to be taught everything from scratch as I have experience and I will use this experience when it comes to helping people out. When a problem occurs, I can stay calm and not panic when someone needs helps. Staying calm and being friendly is a required point of being a Moderator. With almost 1000 hours on Garry's Mod in general, you can see that I am a 'experienced' player on Garry's mod and this experience will be essential for me to be a good Moderator. In my opinion, being experienced at the game and knowing its features gives you the potential to become a great moderator. The reason why I would love to be part of The Zarp Moderator Team is that it has a great community, great people and amazing staff. That is why I want to play here instead of somewhere else. Too large servers are crowed with "minges" whereas this server has hardly any. I would also like to say thank you for reading my application and getting through it all!

I have been inactive due to exams and revision. From now, I will be super active and I am about to edit my application.
