Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to B-hop.

I would tell them about the different Bhop modes. Like auto bhop and normal bhop, and tell the person if he/she is new to bhop they should start off using the auto bhop mode, and i will try to learn them to strafe to the best of my ability

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming.

If someone is text/mic spamming, i will give the person a warning to stop, and if he dosent i will tell person the consequence, wich probably would be a mute.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server.

again i would tell the person to stop using exploits on our server, since it is NOT allowed, and again i will tell them the consequence, and if the refuse to stop, i would kick the person from the server.

Why I should be chosen

I think i should be choosen because i LOVE bhopping.. ive been bhopping since Counter strike source, many years ago, and as people from my steam know i go under aliases like "hopperjobare, or hophophophop. and also i love the community, and most of you guys know that i am a trusted Staff member, and i am trying to make the best experience for everyone! and i wanna help out the community as much as a can, and since im not really into TTT or Deathrun.. but i love Bhop i thought that was the way to go! hope to be accepted!

For those of you that doesnt know, "hopperjobare" translates to "just jumping" or something along that.

Anyways, i am not active on Zarps bhop server but i can imagine that Keith will be a great addition to its staff team.
