How would you deal with a disrespectful player? :

Well, Firstly I will warn him for being disrespectful and tell him to not do that again, although if he did It Again I may kick him or give him an another warning, For the third time i will !gag or !mute him and warn him, and if someone offended a staff member i would warn him and if he carry's on for the second time i will mute/gag and warn him because the staff member should be respected, for the third time i will give hime another warning and kick him because he exceeded his limits.

Why I should be chosen:

Well, I'm nice and I'm not mean or rude in anyways, And I have experience about deathrun I got them form watching some video's and from playing at the same time. In addition to this I'm helpful I won't ignore anyone who needs help.
next, I always use my brain while playing and doing some other stuff, secondly I have good observation if someone made a mistake or break any of they rules I will check the incident if he was Innocent I'l leave him alone, if he did it on purpose I will warn him.
finally, I'm Nice not strict or aggressive, Cheerful, Friendly and I don't like anyone who pisses me off.

Based on the following im going with Neutral until you add /gag and the /mute command in your explanation but I will happily change to +Support if you change this.

Storm, I see that you are interested in being staff.

Positives:
Active
Friendly
Knows what to do at the right times
Application I agree does look a bit rushed and put some more detail into "How would you deal with a disrespectful player?"
Negatives:
cheeky bit of rage here and there
Will get taught ALLthe commands

At the moment im sticking with Neutral as you need to fix up the application a bit but then I think I will go to a +Support soon

First and foremost, we'd like to thank you for making the effort to apply for a rank on the ZARP Deathrun server. Your application has been discussed at an administrative meeting, and from there it has been voted on.

Unfortunately as more staff members voted 'no' than 'yes', the application has been denied.

The meeting host has taken some criticisms made by the admins and provided you with this feedback:

Disrespectful, please respect others on the server and the community.
